Started off with an unfriendly greeting. Placed my order and she said $5 and got to the window and no greeting just $5, waiting a couple minutes, handed me my bag and said here. I ordered 2 ham/egg/cheese croissant sandwiches. They were both cold, I ended up throwing them away. I'm done eating at this restaurant. Every time same problem. Train your staff.

I normally share photos with my reviews but I would have been seen taking a lot of them. How should I start. I will say that the woman that served me was a very kind person. Friendly. I don’t know who was the manager however. I went to fill my cup with pop and the entire area was horribly dirty. Orange pop was all over the machine. Looked like it was there awhile. The lids needed stocked and the area disinfected. Dirt was in the container areas by the straws. I can’t imagine what else I would have seen as I just wanted to get out of there. This is not something I want to see at a restaurant. I was so hungry or I would not have ate my food because of this. My food did seem alright thankfully. Food was served promptly. But if you’re going into this bk just look around before ordering. Hopefully this issue will get resolved quickly.

Tarik at the front desk gave me excellent customer service , she was very kind, welcoming, got to me right away and that’s worth highlighting. I ordered a quad stacker, which should have come with cheese, stacker sauce, and four patties. Instead, I ended up with four Whopper patties stacked into one giant whooper style burger .

It wasn’t what I expected, but I wasn’t about to waste it , and to be fair, it was huge and left me full and satisfied. I really appreciate the friendly service, and while the order accuracy could be improved, the customer care made the experience worthwhile. Thank you again, and here’s the promised picture of this monster burger! 🍔

We went on a Sunday afternoon. No soap in restrooms. Bathrooms were gross. Employee with name tag Tarik absolutely did not care. No paper towels in restrooms. No ketchup in dispenser. No napkins in dispenser. Bare minimum. Guessing if there is no soap in restroom, then employees are not washing hands. Disgusting. Run.

Literally sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and the line never moved. Never even got the place my order. Myself and three other vehicles left the line. Not sure how you could stay in business like that

Shift manager was using the dining area as her daycare. Soda machine was out of nearly everything and by the time I received my order, it was cold. (Except the fries)
