I ordered an entree with extra rice, beans and sour cream . I got half the usual size I use to get from this exact location few months back . Probably management change. And it’s not the first time happening. I would avoid Chipotllane in this restaurant if you want a good portion and correct order.

Doors were locked and employees knew but did nothing. Another customer let us in. When we went to order our food they said they had no chicken with cooked chicken right behind the employee. We’ve been to this place multiple times and have left due to not having a protein.

It was almost unbelievable. Placed an online order. Arrived and cars backed up in the pickup lane. Front door locked, employees on their smoke break out back 10 mins after open. I go inside and there’s 6 employee that “haven’t been trained and don’t know anything”. Manager didn’t show up for work. Nobody knows what to do and only 1 employee who took initiative to complete online orders. Kitchen a disaster. Actually second time this happened at this location in the last 30 days.

This Chipotle the steak 🥩 was perfect it looked just like the picture on the menu. Service wise they were behind for opening which is okay I didn't mind waiting. But they didn't have chicken they didn't have tortillas so I was limited to what I could order. That is the only reason for four star service. As far as The atmosphere it's Chipotle. Definitely not a very pleasurable place to eat for everyone. And I'm not sure why but I always order the same thing the first time I ever go to multiple franchises to compare. In this Chipotle charge me 6 more dollars than any of the other ones?So food wise this one will beat my Mount Vernon Chipotle definitely beats pataskala at i-70s Chipotle... I already forgot about my review on Springfield Chipotle😆

Went to this Chipotle recently. Great location. Ordered online, everything was correct. Very convenient. Pick up window makes it easy

We went at a non peak time, but they were out of several ingredients. Not close to replacing them either. One of the gentlemen was helpfully cleaning and friendly but the general tone was disinterest. Things aren’t going to be perfect but friendliness and hard effort go a long way !

Understand if you are understaffed. However, why not allow customers to come in and pick up their food? Instead , for a meal
Ordered for 11:40 we had to wait in the drive through for 20 mins for orders to be given 1 by 1. Drive through was not moving slowly either. Logistically, a confounding decision.

Dine in is closed and the doors are locked. I had to order for pick up and then the line was 20 minutes long. Frustrating.
I feel bad for the employees who are put in a position where they cannot possibly succeed by this store’s management/leadership.
If you are consistently out of rice and lettuce, at chipotle, by 5pm on a weekday… then you are not fit to manage any restaurant.
Be better or find leadership who can be.

Stopped for lunch at 12:30 and they were completely out of their grilled peppers and onion toppings and ran out of smoked tabasco sauce. They looked for another bottle of Tabasco sauce but had none. They let two primary ingredients that define their dishes run out. Yet, I’m expected to pay full price for a product they didn’t deliver on their end of the transaction. I felt gipped

This is the worst managed/cared for Chipotle I have been in. Consistently a let down every visit from closing doors early, not being staffed and/or digital ordering only, constant missing ingredients and usually a mess in the dining room. Negatively impacting view of the brand for those that are nearby.

Hello, I wanted to bring something to your attention. Online it says that your location closes at 10:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:30 PM the doors were already locked and the store appeared closed. This was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I drove out of my way expecting to order food. Could you please clarify the actual hours for this location, and why it was closed early? Just walked up to the door at 7:55 PM Neal down to tie my shoe. And in the meantime, one of the employees walks up and licks the door (with customers eating inside). Why do you post that your restaurant is open till 10 o’clock when you close at 7:55? There’s clearly more than enough employees in there too, so that’s not the reason. Kind of ridiculous when you drive 15 minutes to come here to see this kind of stuff, Because people clearly have zero respect for your company & don’t like their job. Not a good look, just sayin

Worst chipotle location you could go to. I love chipotle and am not normally someone who will leave a review but I moved nearby recently and every time I go it’s either closed or online only. When they are open, the quality of the food is awful, rice is super hard and inedible. It is worth a farther drive to a different location. This location needs some serious help/ new management.
