This place has been out of things or the food has been overcooked the last 3 times I have been here. The chicken wasn't very good and the rice was crunchy on my last visit, they were out of fajita veggies which is just 😢. It will be a long time before I get desperate enough to come back and that's unfortunate because normally Chipotle is fairly consistent

Listen to the reviews and DON’T GO HERE. Just don’t. Drive to Polaris and go to that Chipotle instead. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this location is still open. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Also can’t figure out why I keep returning every now and then, but I guess it’s my fault for thinking maybe it has improved after months in between visits. Spoiler alert: it hasn’t. Today I had the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. The rice was mushy and wet with no flavor, the chicken was cold and inedible due to the amount of fat in it, they were out of ingredients (like usual) and made no effort to replenish, and none of the food had flavor. On top of that, the store was filthy, tables were not wiped down, and when we sat down to eat, all we could smell was something sour or rotting. Over the last three years of trying to go to this Chipotle, I have not had one good experience or meal from it. If you order ahead and go through the drive thru, you’ll either sit in line for 40 minutes past your order time, or once you get to the pickup window, the employees will ignore you even when you can see your order sitting ready on the shelf and getting cold (or if you’re lucky, both will happen). When you get home with your order, guaranteed it will be wrong or missing something. I’ve left feedback every single time, yet nothing changes. The food is disgusting, the service is poor.
To the manager of this store: DO SOMETHING. Provide your employees with the resources they need to be able to do their jobs and produce quality food. I would love to be able to get a good meal from here rather than driving 20 minutes to Polaris.

I absolutely hate to do this but it’s necessary. I love Chipotle. I eat it no less than twice per week. I have ordered from this Sunbury location many times via DoorDash but mostly eat at other locations. My DoorDash orders have frequently been wrong with incorrect or missing items and undercooked food (primarily the rice). But not on Saturday. On Saturday I was passing and decided to go in. I now know why my doordashed orders were so messed up. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes on December 7th at 4:00pm while an apparent high school age brunette female without a name badge carried on a conversation with friends across the counter. After almost leaving twice it was my turn to order, only to discover that the cook wasn’t working and there was no chicken or even fajita vegetables available. In fact, that was how I managed my way to the order position because the people in front of me had left for the same reason I left without ordering. This location is the only location in over 20 yrs that I’ve had a bad experience with. Empty lobby, employees fraternizing with customers for lengthy times, and very little food prepared. I can longer blame DoorDash…. I highly recommend everyone stay clear of this location. I know I will!!!

Ordered doordash. I literally got a burrito bowl that just has lettuce and sour cream and cheese. No chicken. Also, no fork. If you're going to charge $13 for a burrito bowl, maybe put the chicken in it. Unreal.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. This location continually runs out of food. Every time I decide to give them another chance of we have been told “we don’t have chips, queso, fajita veggies, meat” blah blah blah. They can’t refund you either??? I went through Chipotle corporate after finding out they were out of chips and queso when I arrived to pick up my online order. All I wanted was a refund for the food I was never given - instead they gave me a free chips and queso on my next visit which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when they continually are out of food! Please save yourself the trouble - avoid this chipotle. Agape opened up next door and that place is outstanding - save yourself the headache and visit them instead!!
