Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I took a friend to lunch for her birthday, we had a lovely time.... the food was delicious, the waitress was great, and we didn't feel rushed. Did some shopping in the store, can't go to Cracker Barrel and not shop!

I have never been disappointed with the food. Always delicious and reasonably priced. My wife always seems to find something to purchase in the store!

Nice meal. Good tasting food and a very nice waitress.

In light of the recent incident in Maryland I must share my opposite experience with our Sunbury, OH Cracker Barrel. My daughter with severe autism has always been greeted and treated with respect by all the long-time staff. Thank you Linda, Betty and Pam for your extreme kindness. Our family considers you a wonderful blessing!

So you can’t order toast online, then they wanted me to come in and order it separate with a meal. How can you serve breakfast and not have toast as an option online? And just to get toast, I have to purchase a meal that comes with it? This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard. I was trying to order curbside but I cancelled the whole order because they wanted me to come in to get the toast. What’s the point of curbside. Your Sunbury location needs to learn common sense. I never had an issue getting toast at the n. Canton location in Ohio.

waited 8-10 minutes at the seating booth for someone to seat us, Ask two times if there was someone available to seat us and told they had let them know we were waiting, and waiting and waiting really poor service.

Usually, it's great service. They might be understaffed. We waited to be seated for 30 minutes (we had no problem with that). After we were seated, we just sat there for 30 minutes with my 2 kids and no one came to one table other than to say they'll be right over at about the 15 minute mark. We ended up leaving after 15 more minutes.

As it was Thanksgiving day, we figured it would be very busy and the wait would be long. It WAS quite busy but we were seated immediately. After we ordered we received our food surprisingly fast and the turkey dinners were delicious. One of our best experiences we've had and we do go often. The only drawback was we didn't receive our hot chocolate but I guess you can forget about that when you are serving a full house.

First time ordering our Thanksgiving meal ever and what an experience! From the moment we pulled up to pick up the order to the instructions on reheating, everything was perfect!!!! We knew the food would be good but it was actually amazing!!!

10.89 for 4 pieces of burnt French toast? Limited breakfast menu because of your need for "preparing" Thanksgiving meals. What about what got you where you are? Retail walk- in customers!!
Management took care of us but corporate needs a shake up.

I ordered online during Thanksgiving in order to about 10:00 in the morning to be picked up at 10:45 I got there early and was told to go inside to get my order waited inside for 5 minutes before anyone even greeted or talked to me and then was told oh I needed to drive around to pick it up in the back. Got home and the pieces of pumpkin pie they gave were so small literally and three bites they were gone. The meal was $18 and not worth it at all especially since I tip them $2.50 per meal in addition. Food quality has gone downhill over the years and it's really not the value it used to be in the food feels like it's all pre-made and just served out of a can and not the home field cooking they go for

Very bad experience. I pre ordered food the day before for a dinner. Drove 37 minutes to pick it up. When I got there they couldn’t even find my order. About a half hr later they decided they would put something together for me so that took about another half hr. The staff that waited on me wasn’t very friendly cause he had to round up a crew to put my order together. My food containers weren’t even full portions. So I felt like I was also cheated on that. I wasn’t offered any kind of discount or anything. My dinner ended up being late cause that hr I had spent there waiting in the food set me back. I know I won’t ever order any food from there again
