Food is always good, but DQ is not fast food like McDonald's or Wendy's. Had to park and wait for our drive thru order.

The dairy queen is town is NOT sanitary while handling food, not to mention the long wait for food, the people working were cussing and overall the place is a train wreck. I watched for 15 minutes the guy handling the food not change his gloves AT ALL and touched his head, receipts, thw receipt machine, a metal step stool, the counter tops and the register more than once. I finally was like yep not about to spend yet another week throwing up everywhere after just having norovirus that was from a local establishment in town. I literally waited for over a hour for food and finally walked in to see that. Then said I wanted a refund and was told no it was a mobile order. Then whoever Jake was wouldn't come to the front and all the manager does the entire time does is cuss. I am so grossed out I don't even want to eat dinner anymore.

The food is exactly what you'd expect from a fast food joint. However the service was above and beyond. There's anextremely friendly and energetic crew working this location, that push out high energy vibes, great place to stop for lunch.

my family and I ordered a ice cream cake three days ago, I sent in an edible image of myself and my goddaughter for our birthday and they waited until the time I picked it up to tell me they were not able to print it. $32 for an ice cream cake is wild especially when they are saying they can’t personalize it even though there’s an option to on their website. unbelievable..will not be back ever to this location.

They don’t deserve even the 1 star I had to give. This DQ is consistently slow but tonight was the worst experience we’ve had. We waited about 25 minutes for half of our food order (like most of the people in there) and when we asked to speak to a manager he came out from behind the counter like he couldn’t be more annoyed. He was sarcastic, he was extremely rude & interrupted us, he refused to refund our money, he raised his voice. He talked to the staff like they were dirt. He really put on a show. He said his name is Shane. Dairy Queen should be embarrassed to be represented by him.

We stopped in at 7:20 on a Wednesday evening for a quick treat. It took 10 minutes to order because they were “busy”. When we parked there were 4 cars in the drive through line. One couple waiting for food inside, a gentleman waiting to order and then us. The cashier was apologetic from the beginning. It took 17 minutes to get our blizzard, milkshake, dipped cone and cup of ice cream. Then we sat down to eat and the ice cream looked like partially frozen skim milk. It was not creamy like we are used to at this location. My wife took 5 bites of her cone and threw the rest away. It wasn’t to the standard we expect from DQ. The next time the kiddos ask for ice cream we might have to consider this experience.

I stopped to get lunch. Got my order and all of it wasn’t there. They stuffed my cheese curds in the same box with my garlic chicken and I didn’t even get my Texas toast to dip in gravy. Last time I go to this Dairy Queen.

Never had I literally had a horrible employee huff and puff as I pull up to order then told me they wanted me to spend my money else where due to me asking if it was a probley that I ordered and he said yes cuz there lack of staff. I run a restaurant never would I treat a paying customer like that we are the reason you are getting paid! Guess you should have been more prepared for homecoming weekend I made sure I was at my restaurant. Better management needed!

Worst experience at any restaurant ever. Manager Shane was extremely rude to my wife. Encountered customers before walking in who told me not to go in there because the manager had just screamed at a couple of other customers in the drive thru. I see that this manager was mentioned in a previous review regarding his awful attitude. Not sure how someone can behave the way I observed him behaving and remain a manager at any company.
