Stood inside waiting on my take out order for 15 minutes past pick up time. Had to go back in twice because they can never get any orders right. This type of situation happens everytime I go there. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and go back a few months later just to find out it’s never going to change no matter who the workers are. Training must be terrible.

Would not ever eat here again. This is the most shameful excuse for “fast food” probably the slowest place of all time. And check out this $12 chicken sandwich and amazing lettuce it came with! For a $40 meal I’d go literally anywhere else.

Ordered a mint Oreo blizzard, got half plain vanilla, half mint Oreo blizzard. Is it a cost saving measure? Laziness? I don't know.
There was also a disgustingly filthy fan right next to the drive thru window that is too close to food for my liking. Won't be coming back tbh.

Went through the drive through had a question about options for a blizzard. Austin was amazingly helpful, impatient with me and made an amazing blizzard to my specifications. I don't know about anything else at this restaurant, but if you can get Austin to help you, you will do well. He's great!

Worst experience ever. Cashier was passing food without trays, asked for one since I am disabled. Tried giving me a dirty tray. Ranch dressing was so runny and nasty like dipping your stuff into milk. Whole dinning room was dirty.

Me and my fiance ordered chicken boxes and orange cream shake. The shake had like chocolate or nuts from a different shake at the top of it and our toast n chicken had burnt pieces all over. When my fiance went in the manager and workers all decided to mock him an be very rude. Was not expecting this we've been here before it's always been good but the service n food was not worth it. No customer should hear the workers talk bad About them or mock them.

Temperature was up so it was a busy place. Had a large strawberry shake 😋 it was delicious and made with actual strawberries.
Both times I got food here it was terrible. Burnt to a crisp and also cold which is a horrible combo. They charged me $3 more for my meal here than the location in Delaware which made the experience much worse. And I waited forever on my food because they lied and said they were making fresh fries when they were obviously old when I got my food. Something is seriously wrong with the staff and prices at this location. It’s one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had.

Did an online order for medium mixing bowl mashup with chocolate ice cream. They tried to give me a small and then the girl was upset when I politely asked if it was a medium. Remade it as Oreo instead and still got the amount of ice cream from a small with the hole in the cup.
