Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni banana pepper and breadsticks at 6:50. Received my order confirmation stating pizza would be delivered around 7:40PM. At 8:05 I called they said they were short on drivers. At 8:30 I called again to speak to the manager who offered no sort of remediation but again explained lack of drivers, understood. At 8:50 I received my order, cold which I thought was just due to delay of delivery. I then started eating my pizza to find it was undercooked. The crust was soft and doughy.

Hard to explain but the pizza doesn’t taste good like it used to. I think we’re likely done going here - the crust is pretty bland and it’s always pretty soft.

Pepperoni pizza is not what it used to be. I was stunned when I went to get mine after my family had gotten theirs. No more edge to edge and 100+ pepperoni. What happened to the pepperoni that crisps and cups?

My mariachi beef pizza has barely any beef or seasoning. It's burnt the point of being black around the edges, and they forgot the sour cream. I will not order from here again. Im appalled they let me leave with this. Big disappointment. Does anyone who works there even care?

It’s Valentine’s Day - I called, they were SLAMMED at 6pm. Anyway, finally got through to Jasmine (Yasmine?) anyway, she took my order: Pizza Heart with pepperoni & sausage. I asked if they would be able to write “I love you Dad” on the box — as I was surprising my Dad for the holiday, by sending him a heart shaped pizza! She agreed to it & I gave instructions for delivery. She said it would be about two hours… glad I called when I did 😂 Anyway, I almost forgot I even made the order, but then my Dad texted me & he was THRILLED! After he sent me these photos, he called me & told me that the driver knocked on the door from the garage (as instructed) & he was confused & told the guy he didn’t order pizza, well, he determined I ordered it lol. Got it inside & opened it, BOOM! “I love you Dad!” Written inside the box, as I requested. Dad was so excited/surprised! Now, I didn’t get to eat the pizza, but have always had good experiences at Donato’s!
Thank you Jasmine (I hope I’m getting this right) & the delivery driver for appeasing my requests & following delivery instructions! 10/10!

They close at 10… but “manager” on site says that when you arrive at 9:20, you can’t dine in because you won’t have your food before 9:30? Extremely rude and immature. Might as well close at 9:20! No customer service whatsoever, god forbid a family has to have a late dinner one time.

Had pizza and wings delivered. 10 minutes late and food was cold. Pizza was definitely not “edge to edge”. One piece had no cheese on it.

I hadn't eaten Donatos pizza in a few years, but the pizza sauce tasted bland. The pizza is not as tasty as I remember it being. Maybe they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. Maybe I better stick with the Big Don Sub!

We spent around 2 hours waiting for our pizza because the printer was broken. We gave them some grace because it was out of their control, but when an employee asked for the names of everyone who was there longer than 30 minutes we gave ours and then 20 minutes later we asked for an update on how much longer our pizza will be then we were told they were confused about our last name and did not ask about it during those 15 minutes of ample opportunities to ask. I am very disappointed of the service and professionalism of this well known establishment in Sunbury.

Done buying pizza here. We always ask for well done bake because they don’t cook their pizza long enough, and when we pick it up it’s still regular bake. They are always in such a hurry to get your pizza in the brown box…and for what? I will wait an extra 5 minutes for my hard earned dollars to be spent on a pizza that cooked properly and I don’t have to throw back in the oven when I get home. DREADFUL SERVICE, and this is the last straw. No more buying pizza from these kids

Really curious as to why the manager is allowing her employee to sit there on his phone when customers can see and every single one of these tables has not been clean. Jack get it together and actually teach your managers and associates what is expected of them. This would not fly at the Cameron ave location. Food was good tho 👍
