We love Jet’s pizza! Ever since I moved to Ohio my mission has been to find a pizza that satisfies my doughy, cheesy, saucy cravings. Jet’s does this and more! I am so happy every time we order dinner from this location. We often get cheese or pepperoni pizza with the Jet’s Bread. The food always arrives hot and delicious and delivery is prompt. I will always recommend Jet’s.

We have been customers for years. We order boneless chicken, wings, a pepperoni and a cheese pizza today for our grandchildren while we painted pumpkins. Everything was over cooked. The boneless chicken was so hard you could not even bite into it. The pizza’s had no taste. This was so unlike Jets. We picked up our order at noon today.

Tried Jets for the first time today.Called in early as I've been trying out of town locations and asked for it to be ready in passing at 6pm, it was right on !Friendly staff, easy accessible location, and the pizza was awesome. Great traditional flavor, deep dish pizza, comparable to that of Pizza Huts (I'd thought, and that's not a bad thing)Wasn't a great fan of the cheese bread, was fairly tasteless. Pizza doesn't heat up well, which is worth mentioning for cold or leftover pizza eaters, but the initial pizza hot and fresh, and great customer service will keep me returning. Hope to try more things on the menu in future visits.

Jet's has its own flavor and especially texture. I especially like getting 4-corner pizza here, and it's a pizza that is great without cheese — that is not true everywhere!
Text to order didn't work, but the manager was at least quick about getting the pizza made, appreciate that. We got the BLT pizza which was made fast and well.

This is one of the few pizza places that will deliver to us, being on the edge of their delivery zone. They’ve always gotten the food here warm, and fixed any issues we’ve ever had with delivery. The deep dish pizza is incredible. We appreciate you guys.

Shouldn't be called pizza ... ordered a NY Style w onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Onions and tomatoes diced and added after pie was out of oven. An over abundance of cheese, minimal sauce and doughy, flavorless (should have been garlic) crust. Do they always taste like this?

Had a little mishap with my order I called the store and Levi immediately fixed it! He went over and beyond to fix the issue! Fantastic customer service and of course pizza!!

We just ordered 2 pizzas with breadsticks and boneless wings for delivery tonight. The order was delivered 30 minutes after the expected delivery time, everything was cold, and it was the missing blue cheese that I had to pay $1 extra for. Never doing that again.
