Avoid this place unless you don't have another option. Ordered online gave them an hour to get the food ready. Got there a little early 6:21 for a 6:30 pickup. Was told they would drop the chicken(just ordered some sandwiches). I waited until 6:43 to go check and see what was happening. I was ignored then finally told they had to drop the chicken and then said well we were out? Out of chicken....I see chicken on the sandwiches. Unfortunately it is kind of par for the course for Sunbury area restaurants. No apologies nothing. Will not return

I would give zero stars if I could. The first red flag was when we pulled up and a workers was literally smoking a cigarette half inside of the building with the door propped open. We should have left then. My kids were hungry so we proceeded inside. We waited about 10 minutes and not a soul greeted us or tried to take our order. They were all on their phones. The bathroom was gross. The hand dryer was broken and missing pieces but there were no paper towels to use either so we had to use napkins. We didn’t even get to order because we were tired of waiting Aaron d to be acknowledged.

A long day of traveling brought us to this BIG MISTAKE. The place was filthy. Food and slimy trash was on the floor under our table, all the tables were dirty (we chose the best of the mess), the bathrooms were disgusting filthy. The health department should shut them down. The staff was BLASTING music in the kitchen while also playing music in the dining room. Food was horrid old and greasy, corn was dry and cold. How can you run a restaurant like this? This place is a disgrace.

This restaurant was disgustingly filthy. Food all over the tables. Slap slippery napkins on the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. The staff in the back cooking area was blasting music. While there was other music blasting in the dining room. The food was horrible. Cold dry biscuits, dry cold corn and a plastic bowl. The chicken was typical KFC chicken. I will never eat in this restaurant again. It's disgustingly, filthy and unsafe.

This place is not welcoming to minorities. Very unprofessional and they will purposely ignore you. This place is poorly ran, that says a lot about the manager-Tyler. Haley and the girl cashier have a very unpleasant attitude.
The entrance to the parking lot has 3 huge holes in the ground and it’s not friendly to your vehicle…I believe I need an alignment after driving in to the parking lot🤬🤬🤬

Went to the drive thru for a $7 fill up bowl. Which under normal circumstances that would be a good deal. The mashed potatoes were runny barley any corn the chicken was very hard tasteless squares of something. It didn’t look or taste like chicken I ever seen. Even though i asked for extra gravy because normally it has just a sprinkle. I watched the employee dip with bare hands from the gravy with a plastic to go lid. It was potato soup with hard chunks of something that was supposed to be chicken. Not ever going back it was a terrible experience

This place is the worst. Anytime we have ever tried to come here it is a 25-30 minute wait for anything you ever want. Never have pot pies have to wait 30 minutes. Have 2 pot pies but if you try to order chicken 25-30 minutes. We have always tried to go at completely reasonable times too. Lunch time. Dinner time 4:30 on a Tuesday. It doesn’t matter. The question is what DO they ever have available and when?!? Then they always act like you’re an idiot for trying to order chicken at a chicken place…..or if you try to anything that’s on their menu for that matter.

Didn’t even tell me they replaced the fries with a side of mashed potatoes and when I went back through the manager (the male with missing teeth) had the worst attitude. Not upset it’s just sad that people act like that when all I did was ask a question. Whatever. Wont be back though that’s for sure. This franchise clearly doesn’t care about reputation and consistent business.
