Wife ordered food on the way home. Order was wrong! All chicken no fish. 17 bucks for junk! Hush puppies are bricks and service at the window was horrific. Absolutely a joke of a fast food place

Bathrooms were nasty! No soap, hand dryer didn’t work, no tissue in bathroom stall. When the workers go to the restroom, where do they wash their hands?? Food was ok but nothing as good compared to other LJS that I have eaten at. Do better people…..it takes 5 min to stock toilet paper and fill soap dispenser. Hand dryer looked to be very old….i get it…it quit…..put some paper towels in there.

Worst service ever! They don’t honor the LJS app, so I let the server at the speaker know my disappointment. She had a bunch of snotty responses to my feedback, so I drove around to the window to get her DM’s number. When I pulled up, the young tall woman kid showed me his middle finger and dance around with his hands at his ears. She laughed hilariously. I started filming, and then she finally spoke. She had the attitude and professionalism of a 13 year old. And she said she was the manager!!!
She said I flipped them off first. I am a 63 year old female, who doesn’t do that. And she said I will call the police on you for trespassing.
If LJS considers trying to place an order as trespassing, that is good to know. I and my family of 6 will never trespass at any LJS location again.

I was hungry when I walked in. NO ONE AROUND… not a sound from anyone out of sight … I stood there for about 4 minutes ( I’m guessing ) …. No one came to take my order… so I went to Bob Evans

Cook walking around with a cigaret dangling out of his mouth hanging over trays of cooked food and fryers. Manager got rude with me when I brought this to her attention.
Walked in around 6pm music blasting from kitchen and no one on front line to take my order so I walked out to a restaurant next door where I was served quickly with a smile

This restaurant was disgustingly filthy. Food all over the tables. Slap slippery napkins on the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. The staff in the back cooking area was blasting music. While there was other music blasting in the dining room. The food was horrible. Cold dry biscuits, dry cold corn and a plastic bowl. The chicken was typical KFC chicken. I will never eat in this restaurant again. It's disgustingly, filthy and unsafe.

Whoever writes the schedule should be fired. Stopped by Friday just before 11am. Hours say they open at 10-10:30am. Doors were locked. Called and was told she was the only person there and dining room was closed. Said her manager should be there in few minutes. We waited in parking lot until 11:15 and no other worker showed up. 5 other cars pulled up to get food and then left since the inside was not open. If you can't schedule more than 1 person at a time, do not open at all! This has happened 2 years in a row now we tried to stopped.
