The short woman who takrs the order inside is not nice at all. She hardly would even engage with me and when i asked her for stuff she would act like i was interrupting her. Told her multiple times thank you and i finnaly got a thank you when i said it the last time before leaving. Not good for customer service.

I asked for no lettuce, and guess what I got? A whole bunch of lettuce. The label even says NO SHRD LETTUCE, but it still showed up covered in it. It’s not that complicated. And yet somehow you want higher pay while simple orders can’t even be made right. I know they’ll make it right, and I’m taking it back tomorrow, but it’s still pretty disappointing.

While the food is always good the service leaves much to be desired at least the drive through. Sometimes you can breeze through in a few minutes. Sometimes it's like 15. Just never know.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich and when it arrived the bun and patty were burnt — inedible. My drink was missing entirely. This ruined my meal and wasted my time. I expect better from McDonald’s.

One issue is that if you park in the spaces right in front of the building, if a line builds up in the left drive thru lane you can't get out right away. i didn't realize this when i parked and when i came out and tried to leave i realize a line had built up for lunch, it was around 11 AM when lunch just started. i waited a few mins and someone had let me back out in front of them (although the line had died down a bit anyways at that point so I could have gotten out shortly anyways) but i recommend not parking right in front during busier times. I guess this can happen at other locations too if there is parking right in front but usually theres more distance to where the drive thru area is so a longer line is needed to cause a blockage, or the parking design is different so it's not an issue, at least this is the first time i've run into the issue. staff are friendly i think some are students. To be this blown away by a McDonald’s is impressive to be honest. I live about 3 minutes from this location so I come here pretty regularly. Both morning and night crew does such a great job. Everyone does amazing and then in particular there are three employees—two in the morning and one at night that I always know I’m going to see and always get excited to see (I wish I knew their names so I could give them the praise they deserve) I have kind of an annoying coffee order and the morning crew makes it SO WELL everytime it makes me crave it in the morning lol. And if something is missing in my regular order they always know and ask me if I want to add it. 😭😭 the night crew same thing. Especially one particular gentleman probably about 20?? I get a few different things at night and based on my order if I don’t ask for certain things because I’m in a hurry or not thinking he always asks me. It really just makes me super happy to see them :) i mean truly it impressive and wonderful to see a team that must be ran so well that it’s consistent from morning to night. This location is doing something right, it’s like a breath of fresh air to be honest so keep up the good work!
