This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try—and regretted it immediately. After waiting 5 minutes at the pickup window, my order was missing a large fry.
When I pointed it out, the employee’s response was not an apology or a solution, but “Do you have a receipt?” When I said no (since I had been here waiting for my food), her comeback was, “Well if you’re going to be angry, I won’t help you.”
That is not acceptable customer service. The proper response would have been something like, “Oh no, let me fix that.” Fast food employees are expected to handle all customers—angry, happy, or otherwise—not dismiss them.
Bottom line: the service here is consistently poor, and the attitude is worse. Do yourself a favor and go to another location

This McDonald’s is always spot on with fresh food and great service. Tonight Amber went above and beyond helping me buy the Kids Meal’s Toys for my collector son. Amber was so patient and helpful. 10/10!!

Always check your order before you drive off!! I sat at curbside for 15 minutes having ordered thru the app. 6 cars went thru drive-thru while I waited. I finally received my order, checked it only to find that BOTH my sausage egg & cheese mcmuffins had NO egg in them! I stomped inside, angry as he'll because I almost drove off without checking. I told an employee and showed him there was no egg. He asked, you were the curbside? I said, yeah. He said, you ordered them without egg. --there were no other curbside orders to confuse mine with-- I showed him the receipt and shouted out what it read -2SausageEGGMcMuffins! The cook had to be told twice to remake them.

We stopped for dinner while traveling. Place was clean and well maintained. Service was above average, polite friendly and helpful. We had a # 1 & # 2 the fries were outstanding, the Big Mac was a little messy and burgers not hot, my quarter pounder with cheese was overcooked and dry but it was hot. Overall experience was above average.

Just wanted a water with my meal. Not pay for a bottle, just a ice water. No other McDonald's I've been to in the entire time I've been alive has cared if I get a water instead of a pop. But this place refused saying it's not in there offered meal plans. An ice water is only courtesy if its gotten. So if I would of asked for just a ice water an nothing else it's free, but when I buy a meal it's unacceptable to get a ice water as the drink. Absolutely ridiculous.
