Just wanted a water with my meal. Not pay for a bottle, just a ice water. No other McDonald's I've been to in the entire time I've been alive has cared if I get a water instead of a pop. But this place refused saying it's not in there offered meal plans. An ice water is only courtesy if its gotten. So if I would of asked for just a ice water an nothing else it's free, but when I buy a meal it's unacceptable to get a ice water as the drink. Absolutely ridiculous.

Standard fare as far as food goes. Definitely worth the stop to check out the giant statue. Ronald has some creepy uncanny teeth!

I ordered a simple egg mcmuffin breakfast. $9.00 is ok with round up for kids. I get pushed to the second window to wait for my food. OK. I get to work and the hash brown is crispier than potato chips so it has been sitting for hours and my egg is green on the yolk so it is also rotten. I tried calling to correct it but no one answered. The very tall man with an accent appears to be the manager and he is the one who gave me my food. Inedible. So annoying. Beware!

This store sucks. Manager is useless. They didnât have the $20 box with the Big Macs And then we had a %20, code, and they said there system was down. manager could have saved our time and just manually put the discount on there.

Employees seem to be smart enough to make jokes about the diffrence between Canadian Bacon & Bacon, but oddly the intelligence to know the diffrence doesn't seem to exist..... set expectations accordingly.

Terrible drive through person. I pulled up to the outside lane. Neither lane had any cars when I arrived. The inside lane had 3 cars order before anyone took my order. I asked if they were going to take my order and they told me to be patient. I waited a short while more with no luck. When I asked again if they would be taking my order, the lady again said to be patient. When I told her that 3 other orders in the other lane were taken, she said why didnât you go to the other lane. I said why do you have 2 lanes? She said, I donât know⌠why do we have 2 lanes. At that point I was not willing to stay. I would not buy anything since she was so rude and left. I wonât be coming back to this location.

Prices are ridiculous and the serving sizes continue to shrink. Now they charge for a cup of water! What's up with all of the McDonald's painting their buildings a dark color? It is depressing and dismal. Kids used to beg to go to McDonald's and have their birthday parties there with Ronald McDonald and his friends. Now it's looks like a place that is depressed. No red and yellow happy colors everywhere. Just dark, gloom and doom colors. No more play areas either. McDonald's in general has just gone down the shitter. Today 12/23/2024 I placed my order in the drive thru and went to pay and they do not accept $100 billsâźď¸What the heck? McDonald's has more money circulating through the restaurant daily than most banksâźď¸ I'm so freaking done with McDonald's âźď¸
