They need to clean their self serve tea machine. It is always so disgusting and the tea tastes old. You can literally see all the build up on the containers. 🤮 As a traveler and sips member I go to lots of different stores and this one in Sunbury doesn't pass! It's so gross!

This place is a mess. Like a disaster. They can’t seem to get a single order right? Forget about adding sugar to the tea when asked, forget utensils, those will NEVER be in your to go order. And not only that but they literally ripped one baguette in half and tried to call it two. I wish I could excuse this behavior with how busy it was but it wasn’t. We were the only car in the drive thru. It was dead. There’s just no excuse. Get rid of whoever tf is training these people.

Ordered a bagel for pickup. At the drive-thru I kindly asked them to cut it like bread. They were
Like “what do you mean sliced like bread?? We already cut it.”

It’s a bagel, it would’ve taken only a few seconds to cut a new one the way I wanted.

I often eat at Panera a lot and I am super disappointed at this location. Non stop my food order was wrong, or missing items. I ordered through the Panera App thinking that was easier and I ordered no tomatoes , no feta cheese and an extra dressing with a papaya green tea.. When I went to pick my order up, they gave me a salad with both no extra dressing, with tomatoes and feta and no drink that I paid extra for. Went back to get my order right and they gave me a new salad or at least I think with no extra dressing no pecans which Fuji Apple Salad comes with that. I’m very disappointed as they also gave me dirty plates, there was some dressing or some type of liquid on my salad when they gave it to me and on my cup they had some like ice cream or something on it. Very disappointed and will not be back to this location.

They have a sign at the front counter, not very visible, that states they will only serve through the drive-through due to staffing issues. I watch mother after mother unpack, their kids, and walk inside only to find the sign on the register. I understand things happen, and staffing is tough, but at least put the signs on the front door or make it very visible somehow an A-frame sign in the parking lot, so that way people aren’t continually getting out of their cars going inside and finding out that the dining room is closed.

Drive-Thru messed up my order, but I didn’t figure it out until I got home 45 minutes later. When I called the restaurant, Tammy was kind enough to comp me a sandwich when I returned to that area since I didn’t live right around the corner. Tammy was very nice and professional. Today, I returned to Panera Drive Thru. Aurelia (sorry if misspelled) helped us and she was fantastic-very friendly and polite. She is the only reason I didn’t call the restaurant when my order was messed up, yet again. Customer service is great at this location but avoid the drive thru, accuracy needs work.
