We generally like soup, especially the chicken noodle soup. We generally get it from the Panera in Delaware. The chicken noodle soup at the Delaware store is very good and full of chicken, noodles, carrots, etc. The chicken noodle soup at this location was just broth, very disappointing. The dining area also needed to be swept.

What a poor experience!They messed up my whole order. Waited for an hour just to be disappointed. I was craving for some mac and cheese in a bread bowl, huh I just received the empty bread bowl without any meal in it , ordered broccoli soup size bowl , received cup size . Service is poor!

Stopped today after shopping for some hot soup. I waited 14 minutes at the drive thru for a cup of broth with 2 noodles, a carrot and a piece of chicken. So much for the CHICKEN NOODLE soup. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Only thing that was prompt was the woman who took the order.

What an awful dump.Employees look like they'd rather be anywhere else, coffee is empty, no half and half and what few pastries they had have flies on them, It's the end of January for Christ sake, what do they have in the summer, maggots? No Panera for me anywhere ever again!

This location is the biggest dumpster fire I have ever witnessed in all my years of life. Not only was nothing in our order correct, but several things were wrong twice or three times. And about five other orders surrounding our were messed up to. Totally wild. I can't even understand.
