This place just keeps going downhill. Today, food was to be delivered at 5:26. It arrived at 6:21. When I called at 5:49, they said there had been “a mix up” and they had just put it in the oven and would be delivered at 6:06, 40 minutes later than originally stated. No apology. No making it right. And then, it was even later than that. This was not a delivery issue. Our driver was there waiting for the food and I don’t know what the “mix up” could be. We will never order from there again. Too many other good pizza places to deal with that.

We have been coming here for years and everyone is always so friendly and the service is good. It’s nice to have a smiling face when dining in or picking up a pizza 😊
When I say hands down this is one of the best pizza 🍕 huts I’ve had in years I ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 2 pepperoni 🍕 and sausage it was golden and delicious I also ordered sweet chilli wings omg cooked to perfection not over cooked but perfect 👌 the customer service all I can say is wow they were sooo polite and attentive !!! Thank you guys 😊

It lost the star for breadsticks… as it seemed to have changed. Pizza and wings were great!!! Breadsticks were good but not what we remembered! Ha. Service was prompt and friendly!! Best service I have had in a Pizza Hut in a long time!! We will be back!

This is the last straw for me and the Hut. It was a drive thru order. The pizza was ok at best, not as good as past visits. The service was ok but not super friendly. The thing that did me in is they want to charge extra for crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese packets. That’s just wrong. If anything they are both needed to make the pizza worth eating. That says all that needs to be said. Sorry Pizza Hut, but your days are numbered and you lost a customer for life. It reminds me of having to put an animal down for their own good…sad, but necessary.
