Went to Rise
pies at Tanger outlet. The on-line menu showed "build your own" at 9.99but when I went there it was 13.99! What a difference. Either false advertisement, or lack of website maintanence. Got 2 pies and they were both undercooked. Quality was ok. But I can do better going somewhere else.
I have been here multiple times before but visited again recently when at Tanger. Service was slow, they dropped a pizza removing it from the oven and didn’t tell us, then made the redo pizza wrong. When we told them it was wrong, the staff grabbed it out of the oven and threw it in the trash without saying a word to us like it was my fault. Don’t know who the new manager is now, some lady, extremely rude to staff and customers. Extremely disappointing when just a few months ago I would stop in daily and the young man working in there Kyle, was always so friendly and took his time making my food.
