I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a bacon cheddar and egg sandwich. They gave me an iced latte plain and a turkey bacon and egg sandwich. I asked them to remake the latte and they did, didn’t ask for the sandwich because I was ready to leave at that point.
I come to this store regularly. Under new management and things seem to be running smoother (better staffed, not running out of products, etc). Staff is friendly and always greet me in the morning by my name. I mobile order and my coffee is ready when I get there.
I'm not sure if they had new staff or if the store is severely understaffed, but this experience was much less than what I have come to expect from a Starbucks. I did a mobile order when I was 20 mins from the store with a shown wait time for 7-10 mins (knowing my drink would be sitting for a few minutes but I wanted to make sure the batista had time to make it). We arrived with 2 cars ahead of us, we pulled up to drive thru as the app instructed and gave our name. We were told it wasn't ready but to pull around. Not a big deal. We pulled around, and the employee at the window asked if we had someone else's order, we advised him no, we were the mobile order. He said they were still working on it that they had a lot of orders, we asked if we needed to pull forward and he said no. After a few more minutes he came back with yet another drink that wasn't ours. Finally he located our drink, which, when we received it looked like it had been sitting (the drink was separated). We didn't complain as we wanted to get back on the road. Overall, this experience, which took over 30 mins from start to finish, has left me disappointed. The drink was made correctly (after remixing it).
Beware, the drive-thru workers are adding their own tip to your total before presenting the credit card scanner. So, your outrageously priced $6 coffee is now $11 or more. I caught the girl at the window doing this and demanded a receipt and then a refund.

Not sure what's going on with the crew there not very friendly no greetings they act so busy that they don't know how to be polite or even remotely friendly strange experience for a Starbucks.

I always think going inside to get a drink when the drive thru line is long is going to save me time but unless you are getting just a plain coffee, it doesn't. Your drink order is behind all the other cars that are in line. . .not sure why they do that. They lost my chai order and the order of another lady in line next to me. Something feels off and they should be more generous to the people there in person?!

Nice location, great staff, quick service! I walked over from the truck stop, sat in the dining area and did some paperwork and had lunch/coffee. This was a busy Sunday afternoon and they were out of a lit of sandwiches and bakery items by then, but I still found something on the menu I liked. Drink was made perfectly. Thanks!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks in my life . The employee that took our order obviously didn’t know what she was doing . Me and a friend ordered the same exact drink and both came out incorrectly and I also ordered a croissant and waited for it for about 25 minutes for it after i already got my drink. The employees were also very rude to us for no reason even though we were very polite saying that our drink was wrong.

Always so slowe here! I avoid coming here as much as possible! i drive further most days to avoid this 31mins waiting for a coffee today
After waiting for a mobile order that I believed was ordered to this location for about 10-15 minutes the sweetest barista (in the midst of the chaos) noticed I had been waiting for awhile and asked for my name. After realizing I ordered to another location, she offered to make it regardless. Thank you, Hannah! This world needs more humans like you.

I believe that the sausage & egg sandwich and the bacon gruyere egg bits are the best you can find anywhere. Worth the long wait. This is my go to breakfast of choice.

Waited 45 minutes for a drink that would be ready in "10 to 15 minutes" the staff continued to prioritize online and drive thru orders while people ordering inside needlessly waited. I will never return here and you'd be wise to as well. About 20 of us inside all requested refunds and a woman ahead of me had been waiting over an hour. Ridiculous.

A typical busy Starbucks Saturday morning, but the girl taking care of the mobile orders was crushing it! (Her name I think started with an H, I couldn’t read her name tag fully) But she was calling out orders that were ready and who was in the works, who was up next. Great service in a hectic moment.
