absolutely ridiculous stop- went in for oatmeal, one sugar cookie drink and a REGULAR BLACK COFFEE. Got my food and drink pretty fast BUT Waited for 30 plus minutes for a black coffee to which we just left… the girl at the cashier was super sweet but whom ever was in charge of the non drive through drinks had no sense of prioritizing drinks.

This is my local starbucks I go to almost every day. The staff is like family to me. They make my pink drink so delicious and it's almost like they put love into my drink too. The staff always remembers me and asks how i'm doing. Sometimes i'm in a rush and the kind baristas always try to get me my drink as quickly as possible. Everyone is so friendly and makes me feel seen even when the line is out the door and they have a lot to do. This Sunbury location is the best Starbucks to go to ever.

Came here at 4:47 on the 15th The guy with the long black hair, absolutely amazing and the girl with the blonde hair absolutely amazing perfect customer service they made my day you guys have amazing workers and they definitely deserve a raise. Amazing people will be coming back to this one.

I would avoid the night shift here. I was in there for 10 minutes waiting on a refresher, I watched the drink made and then sat in the shaker while the worker got more ice, not for my drink just in general. Came back started making other drinks and then just poured my drink in the cup after it sat. I had another drink but decided to leave because of time. Morning shift is great and speedy but the night shift is not customer oriented.

Add a 5 hour drive home and in the middle of the drive I was feeling tired. I seen the Starbucks logo on the sign off the freeway and was very happy! Service was amazing. SRaff was super friendly, highly recommend this location.
