I come to this store regularly. Under new management and things seem to be running smoother (better staffed, not running out of products, etc). Staff is friendly and always greet me in the morning by my name. I mobile order and my coffee is ready when I get there.
I'm not sure if they had new staff or if the store is severely understaffed, but this experience was much less than what I have come to expect from a Starbucks. I did a mobile order when I was 20 mins from the store with a shown wait time for 7-10 mins (knowing my drink would be sitting for a few minutes but I wanted to make sure the batista had time to make it). Not sure what's going on with the crew there not very friendly no greetings they act so busy that they don't know how to be polite or even remotely friendly strange experience for a Starbucks.
