Every day I go in there and get me A
Hot mocha latte not always the same but still and a cream cheese Danish, there is only one chick there that always make my drink and make my food outside of that great customer service well polite. Always real nice to me And I really appreciate that, and that's what keeps me coming back.

My brother says the hot chocolate is terrible. The cake pops tasted good as well as the cookie. But they told us that our hot chocolate was some type of coffee show we shall we wait in they’re expecting they would make us another one and then we went and checked the label and it was hot chocolate. Sense the cake-pop and cookies tasted good as well as my drink the strawberry Akai refresher They get a total of two stars.

Probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Plan for at least a 30 minute wait if you’re ordering in the morning.

Drinks are really inconsistent. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve walked out of the store and just pitch the drink in the garbage.They just are not trained properly. I quit going for a while and went to the Westerville Kroger store where they have a Starbucks but it’s just too far of a drive. But I was tired of wasting money on drinks that were undrinkable. So I stopped going altogether. I always get the same thing, a Venti pink drink it’s pretty plain and simple to make, but the staff seems to not be trained properly. Someone from Starbucks really needs to come in and train these employees on the correct way to make their drinks. It’s giving Starbucks a bad name

Today is Sunday and I went into Starbucks inside Krogers there was only two workers and they was working very busy they were trying to please the people and everybody seemed to be happy except for this one lady she was given this young boy a real hard time he was smiling saying yes ma'am no ma'am and he was very good at his job I can see that he just started and he was trying his best but she was just being really hard on him to this lady that wants to give him a bad review that is wrong of you I think if I'm not sure his name is gavin please give him a hands up that he was doing his job and he was there❤️

I was there about 8:30 8:45 and there was a young man there he was trying his best he was new to the store there was a lady there that was really giving him a hard time but he just smiled and kept doing his job I think his name is Gavin he's a wonderful worker they need to have more young men in there like that the lady was really rude to him but he's still smiled and said have a nice day

I can’t comment on the food, service, or atmosphere because I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up and no one was there. The store was closed but their online order was not. I cannot figure out how to get my money back. On this google page it says they are open 6am-8pm and it’s currently 4pm. Not sure what happened with that.

I’ve started only getting simple coffees because they’re never made rite, the staff isn’t trained Properly because they’re Kroger employees not Starbucks they need to have a higher up Starbucks manager come teach them the drinks. Even a simple iced coffee is undrinkable some days

I asked for a large dark coffee with a little ice... I received a 1/2 cup of coffee filled to within 1 inch of the rim with ice. If I wanted an ice coffee I would have ordered an ice coffee. I expect at least a whole cup of coffee when I order a coffee. Cold and disappointing coffee.

It was my first experience in a Starbucks. Teri was the person who waited on me. She immediately said that my first coffee from Starbucks would be on her. Her recommendation of the white chocolate mocha was perfect! Her friendly enthusiasm definitely made it a great first time! I will look forward to visiting a Starbucks again when I am in an area that has one. Thank you, Teri!!
