It’s a husband and wife team that cook & serve along with a couple others but they are the heart & soul of the spot.

This is where the locals go - on the weekends there might be a wait.
It’s not fancy - there are no specials, there’s omelets, bacon, home fries, you’ll find something you like and if you don’t that’s ok - just get goin cuz someone likely wants that seat.

No doubt a Sunbury institution for good eats that has a homey retro feel which also tends to be a morning gathering spot for locals. Breakfast here is always fast, tasty and consistent. The fine folks that run the place are super friendly and accommodating. Only issue is the number of people wanting to eat there at the same time I am :)

Any place that has a boot scrubber at the front door is usually a good sign. The food is great. Exactly what you would expect. The service is fantastic. The servers and cooks are all super friendly and accommodating. The staff makes a point to recognize people from the community and make it feel like home. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

We spend the weekend at a local campground each year for a guys weekend. Saturday morning breakfast is at the Sunbury Grill. There is normally a wait but it is well worth it. The waitress has just a little sass but we love it. She is just giving back what she is getting from a group of hungover guys up for a weekend of fun. The coffee is hot and fresh, the food is always good, and the pricing isn't bad either. Lots of value for what they charge. Pay attention to the bread list the first time, she wouldn't tell us twice (part of the fun) and there must have been 10+ options.
I probably need to go back and lower my reviews for other places after breakfast here this morning. Everything cooked to perfection. Coffee always topped off. Even accomodated different bread types for each piece of toast! Multiple hot sauce options. Friendliest possible waitress. Check and payment processed promptly. Asked to come back.
