No doubt a Sunbury institution for good eats that has a homey retro feel which also tends to be a morning gathering spot for locals. Breakfast here is always fast, tasty and consistent. The fine folks that run the place are super friendly and accommodating. Only issue is the number of people wanting to eat there at the same time I am :)
Any place that has a boot scrubber at the front door is usually a good sign. The food is great. Exactly what you would expect. The service is fantastic. The servers and cooks are all super friendly and accommodating. The staff makes a point to recognize people from the community and make it feel like home. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.
We spend the weekend at a local campground each year for a guys weekend. Saturday morning breakfast is at the Sunbury Grill. There is normally a wait but it is well worth it. The waitress has just a little sass but we love it. She is just giving back what she is getting from a group of hungover guys up for a weekend of fun. The coffee is hot and fresh, the food is always good, and the pricing isn't bad either. Lots of value for what they charge. Pay attention to the bread...
