Atmosphere is casual, mature, classy, simple. Fun and chill place for food and drinks and talk. Definitely not a rowdy bar which is nice if you’re trying to avoid that. Decent prices, honestly good for the quality of food you get. Also GOOD portions (got the nachos, snickerdoodles, and drinks- everything was massive!!!) The Ladies running the food were phenomenal! Quick, and efficient and super sweet explaining how the place works since it was our first time. Our bartender/server was super kind also but maybe not as quick and efficient. First drink i ordered from her was VERY strong, second one was fairley weak. Otherwise good and she just seem to get caught up in conversation. Granted there was only us and 1 other table here, she also sat down to talk and conversate with the other table while we were waiting to order more. Overall really good experience though! Will be back!!!

Trying to get used to this kind of dining with ordering at the counter and sitting down. Food was very good. Cheese curds a little too salty, aujus sauce a bit salty. Everything else wonderful. Service friendly and on par and clean as can be inside. Will return soon

YOUR ARE NOT SERVED. BIGGEST FLAW! I dont want to go stand and order everything at once like im at McDonalds. The food is pretty good, for the food they have. They have fried chicken tenders, so good, but won't do a fried chicken sandwich, only grilled. So the owner/management is too controlling and they can expand a little bit. Draft beer selection is ok, could add a couple more taps to have a wider selection. Would have more stars if we could be served.

Surve is your best option in the Sunbury/Galena area. Great menu, nice environment, and fantastic staff. Their food is prepared fresh to order and with quality ingredients. The housemade sauces and dressings are delicious. They have excellent chicken tenders. They make their own French fries which are the best you can find. It’s a fun place to eat and visit with friends and family. They also have a nice bar making for an additional social activity available at this location.

The food is terrific, the staff is courteous and friendly, and we get food (usually takeout) on the regular. If you're thinking about trying it – it's a must. You won't be disappointed.
However, one issue I've had (3 or 4x now!) is the staff forgetting to include sauce/dressings with to-go orders. When you bring home a bag full of dinners only to find out it's "almost" all there is frustrating. What's worse is the manager on duty never seems willing to try and make it right. Something, anything - would be appreciated, even if just five bucks credit or something for the inconvenience and to feel acknowledged ... but no.
We'll continue going back, and we love the place and the staff otherwise. They are good people. Just make sure you double check (or ask them to) if ordering out foods that include sauces/dressings. It's been a recurring theme as of late.

I had lunch here while biking through town. I ordered the seasonal salad and added grilled salmon. The fish was done just perfectly and the salad was delicious. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.
My friends and I went there for our summer birthdays celebration. Our food was spot on and service was excellent. The staff presented salted Carmel cheesecake slices and candles to each birthday girl.

Cool place, wacky ownership. We went with a group of like 7 guys. I got there a touch early and ordered. The rest of my buddies arrived at 7:57. The guy locked the door and wouldn’t let them in after saying they close at 8. It was 7:57. They went in the other door and they wouldn’t let them order. Turned away easy $180 in sales that showed up 2-3 minutes before 8:00. We also couldn’t eat with our friends and they had to go spend their money somewhere else.

Surve is an excellent place to enjoy the most delicious food!! They have an awesome menu of grass-fed burger, home-cut fries, organic chicken…and so much more!! Need to check out this awesome place to eat!!
