Ordered extra meat on Burrito and extra chicken on cantina taco. Neither got extra. Also overpriced compared to other locations.

came through the drive through to get a dirty baja and a strawberry freeze and they told us they didn’t have the cream, which was fine and we ordered a normal baja blast and he proceeds to hand us a half melted strawberry freeze and a baja blast FREEZE which was not at all what we asked for

Wow!I had not been to a Taco Bell in years. Ordered a couple of soft tacos, bean burrito, and a chili roll up. Killed $20 bill..... no longer a cost-effective option for half decent food. Someone told me you get better deals with the app (like a few other fast food joint). That's BS.... you shouldn't need an app at a drive thru.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolute awful service. The drive thru lady didn’t even speak to us. We waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and then we were missing 3 items and one of the soft tacos was completely soaked. Worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant.

I just got Tacobell from this exact location in Sanbury Ohio and the food was just terrible. We ordered 3 quesadillas and multiple tacos and let me tell you, they were terribly made. Over half of the quesadillas had NOTHING in them. My dad's tacos were fresco styled and every single one of them was made with very little chicken/toppings and not to mention it had mayo on it instead of the regular. The tacos were very undefiled, and the drinks were VERY undefiled. About an 1 inch to 2 of the large cup was empty. Overall, I wouldn't go to this location ever again.
Either get better stickers or don’t put them on drinks.

What I don't understand is why a lot of places don't let bikes come Thur the drive Thur ..they say it's a safety issue.?? I mean you gotta pay first so grabbing food and running off would be pointless ..so can someone fill me in .. but taco bell is one of those and the thing is I'm on a electric bike ..if that helps because I know there is electric cars that go Thur and I know there is motorcycles that also go Thur so why is it bikes even electric bikes can't come Thur ..it almost makes me not want to go to these restaurants because I travel a lot by electric
