Whoever was working the 1 pm today (1/30/26) was amazing. All order modifications correct, food was fantastic.

Part of my order was as expected, but unfortunately the chips were horribly rancid. You know that strange kind of sharp, stale smell when oil has set too long. I’m sure those chips had been sitting there for a good long while. I love just plain chips and cheese sauce from time to time and that’s when I think, it’s time for Taco Bell. I ordered two orders of chips and cheese and couldn’t stomach the rancid taste of the chips. Disappointing and frustrating since I paid nearly $8 for horrible chips! Please do better! Those chips need checked and refreshed regularly!

Slowest Taco Bell in history. Never get my order right. Last 4 times I got the cantina chicken bowl. First time no guacamole on it. Second time no black beans in it. 3rd time no guacamole. 4 th time. Hi yeah every time I get the Cantina chicken bowl you guys are out of different ingredients each time. But they never tell you ahead of time. They slop whatever together and pass it on. Do you have everything to make it tonight. Yes mam we do. Ok I will take that but instead of the shredded chicken. I would like that with the roasted chicken chunks. Get home has extremely hard crispy fried chicken tenders in it. Instead of the roasted chunk chicken. I just don’t understand why this place is so incompetent. And btw the fried chicken was so soaked in grease and dried out. It wasn’t edible to begin with or I would of probably just let it go for a 4th time. Enough is enough get it together or close the doors.

Workers were more concerned with talking to each other and being in their phones than being good employees. They were condescending and rude rushing you when there was nobody around.

Didn’t even crisp my crispy taco at all. Just put shredded cheese on it
I went to Taco Bell today and had a frustrating experience. There were about 10-12 cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. To my surprise, there was no one in line inside. The lady who seemed to be the manager greeted me with a less-than-pleasant attitude and asked what I needed. I explained that I had an online order, and she responded that they would get it out as fast as they could.
Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my online order. I thought the whole point of online ordering was to get priority and save time, especially at a fast food place! On top of this we were missing our drinks and everyone kept ignoring me. They throw the food at the counter like is trash. This is clearly not the level of service I expected.
Taco Bell, please consider hiring more staff and focus on improving customer service. It’s not just about speed; it’s about making sure customers feel valued too. I won’t be coming back unless things improve.

This location messed up my order every time! 🥲 If you have any special customizations to your order, check before you leave. I always order on the app and request no shredded cheese on the items I order and I always have to go back and have it remade without cheese ☹️

Took five minutes for them to get to my order asked me what I wanted. What the online order then was rude. Why I got my food. Here’s your drink one minute on your food and then when I got my boom, my taco was basically dumped in the bag out of the wrapper Very very, very, very poor service.

First the good. I really only use the drive-thru so I can't rate the dining room. My drive-thru orders have always been correct, and the items prepared to standard. Now the bad. I'm not certain why but the employees always seem unhappy and generally miserable (although not rude). Not helpful, but efficient. Like every position is filled by Eeyore. Although the food is good (well, for a Taco Bell), you leave a little depressed.
