This place is absolute garbage. They lock their doors on paying customers even when there are only 1–3 people inside. The lobby is consistently disgusting — tables never wiped, floors dirty, zero effort put into cleanliness. Staff mutter comments under their breath if you don’t use the self-order kiosk, like customers are an inconvenience.
The food is never hot — always lukewarm or cold — yet somehow still overpriced. Nothing about this location is run properly. Rude attitudes, dirty dining area, locked doors, and cold food every time. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Went through the drive through around 9:40 pm, ordered two grilled cheese burritos. They gave me, no joke, a tortilla with just rice and nacho cheese. On both. Its literally missing half of the ingredients. And even then it was barely full.

Atnight between 11:30pm and 12am my husband and I will come through and the food has been terrible. I always check my bag before I leave and I’m missing food or it’s made sloppy! I just went through 11/12/25 between the same times and whoever works nights can’t wrap a burrito and the food is always falling out like the previous visit! I would prefer drive the extra drive to 36/37 than have to come back and deal with this every time!

Only person who spoke was the person who called my name when order was complete used keyhole to place order management was out front eating another company's food complaining about employees while one of their employees was smoking a joint in the parking lot won't be back wounder why they are failing even managers were talking about how the other store was worse I had enough and wanted out of there so unprofessional

Ordered 30 minutes out for a pick up .....got there at the time specified and still waited 15 minutes for my order. The kicker....no one else was in the restaurant.

I haven’t left a review for this Taco Bell but it’s one of the best ones. One of the mains reasons for no review is because I love the food and service; but they frequently done have options that other Taco Bell’s do. they had the options today and food was really good.
I generally like Taco bell for a cheap meal. My poor rating is specifically for this Taco bell. While this restaurant is in a convenient location for me, they consistently screw up the order. Nowy family and I travel past this Taco bell in favor of others to make sure we get our order right.

Nice. $40 in food and every single drink was wrong and this was my meal. A chicken quesadilla which amounts to an unheated tortilla, handful of cheese and some chicken pieces on one corner.
