my friend and I went to this taco bell yesterday. After we both had ordered at the online kiosk we sat down and the manager comes out to yell for us to ask what size drinks we had ordered and what specific drink we had ordered. I received my food about a minute later while my friend did not. The manager and the other 2 employees working disappeared into the back. About 15 minutes later the manager returns and I go up and ask about my friends food and he said he would work on it. He proceeds to scream at his employees for not making the food and claims I screamed at him for not giving us our food, which was not true as I asked politely and quietly. Definitely would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Almost every time I come here my order is wrong. I asked for no onions on my burritos.....the receipt even says no onions but I still got onions on my burritos. This makes them inedible and I wasted $6. People need to learn how to read the order sheet or start making onions and add on you need to ask for.
Just left this location and not only were they out of everything but the things they substituted with they didn't give us those items. Then the pop needed to be changed out. OMG. Just downright horrible.

This Taco Bell is the best. I've never got my order so fast or had such an upbeat staff. I just wish all taco bells were as amazing as this one. Big shout out to Jesse, that man is the reason for this review. I've honestly never had customer service like I received from him...

This place has people sitting inside eating but turning away other customers who are trying to buy food. We were at a car show in the same complex and they wouldn’t let us get food at all. We couldn’t take our cars because it was in the show.

Preston and Kim helped fox my issue and guided me in the right direction since door dash issue. They are amazing!
My husband went and got us dinner from Taco Bell. It’s usually really good until tonight he gets home with the food there’s a piece of wood in the soft taco. The potatoes were extremely old like inedible so I call up there in the manager, Jerry Clark laughed and said he knew he gave us old potatoes his bad for not putting sour cream on them and argued that the lettuce wasn’t discolored and old I informed him I to once was a manager at Taco Bell! I know how it works as he laughed and said to come in tomorrow to either get my order, replaced or my money back, proceeded to hang the phone up on me the conversation was recorded though. I’ve included pictures. P.S. the taco with wood in it was for my 5 year old son!

It’s just ok. I mean, I don’t expect much at a fast food drive through. Well, except hot food, priced right, with common courtesy. The food here is usually lukewarm at best, they always overcharge me on something, and I have to be ready for the bag toss with a quick “straw’s in the bag” statement. My husband refuses to come here at all.

The food is subpar, the nacho fries are like if your mom put the nacho fries in the air fryer, then gave up and put them into the microwave. I don’t feel like they put into a fryer! So limp and sad. Insult to potatoes :( service is very short with usually a jockey 18 guy going “yup” and “uh huh” is about the communication you’ll get. Love the effort but then again, it is Taco Bell! In a pinch, was still an okay dinner.
