I give up..Stopped going there for some time because my toasted bagel was never really toasted, but I gave it another go again today because I wanted a donut and some coffee.Coffee was ok, Boston Cream was absolutely old and hard, didn't finish it. Ok, I will try the d fashion and after one bite I spit it out. Started looking at it and noticed it had black chunks in it... They couldn't pepper and other seasonings in it. Not on the outside, but actually cooked into it.
I had ordered my sister an Everything breakfast bagel, a large Ice Capp and a 20 pack of timbits. First off, my sisters Large Ice Capp wasn’t even filled all the way, some of my sisters timbits were pre bitten! I find that absurd and extremely disgusting, I will never order from here again.
The girls there are super friendly and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing!
I'll never waste my time to stop here again. I drive a truck which makes drive thru a no go. Since the location is truck accessible I've enjoyed making it a rest stop. This location has yet to reopen the lobby post covid shutdown even though it is connected to a gas station next to a freeway.
I was the 3rd person in line (the person at the counter had already ordered) and it took another twenty minutes to even place my order. Another 10 to receive it. My husband actually spit out his bite of hash brown, as he said it tasted so foul and mushy. Customer service was next to nil.
Garbage place they have nothing available anytime and if by chance they got anything they made inappropriate ??? stoped this Tim 3-4 times never satisfied with their food and service
Very slow in line for 20 minutes! For a donut and 1 coffee...Never go back to that one. Delaware's is much faster and fresher....
6:10am, lights on but not serving coffee yet, glad I got off the highway

Never even made it to order. Greeted at the speaker by "What do you want." Two employees standing right next to the back door in uniform smoking so heavily it immediately filled the car. We just left....I assume they were going to be the person's making any food we would have ordered.

Lobby was locked i assume because of staffing so we pulled around to the drive thru. 2 employees smoking right by the order screen, gross. Person on the speaker was less than friendly. There is a reason this location was empty of customers right at breakfast. We decided to just go over to mcdonalds instead.
The "Cash Only" sign basically sent me across the street to Starbucks. The laminated sign on the drive-thru looks like it's been there for awhile too.
The worst place I've ever ordered food, had to repeat my order 5 times for them to give me 2 out of 6 items. I'll never be back.
I stop at this Horton’s pretty consistently. They get 4 Stars instead of 5 because my order is correct 3/5 out of 5. With that said I’ve met 3 people over the time I’ve come here that exemplifies customer experience. Two of them I no longer see there, but the gentleman who has been working the drive-Thru the past couple months is truly awesome. No matter what my food experience is there, he ensures my customer experience is great. He’s always friendly, conversational and professional. I wish I knew his name, but hope whatever he does in life he is successful at.
I haven’t had a good experience at this location. This location is consistently out of products and the staff usually seems annoyed to help. The staff also doesn’t seem to understand the app and how to use rewards from it.
