I stop at this Horton’s pretty consistently. They get 4 Stars instead of 5 because my order is correct 3/5 out of 5. With that said I’ve met 3 people over the time I’ve come here that exemplifies customer experience. Best Tim Hortons yet my coffee is always super hot and it lasts me from the time I get it to the time I get to work! Not only is there staff amazing but so are the customers. I am a Tim Hortons band and I've been to many and so far this one is my favorite!
Something is messed up with their ice caps. They always taste like spoiled milk, I think they're using their own mix or something. It's the only location where they taste like this.
