I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was the worst thing I've ever had. I couldn't even eat tired. Tasted like chemicals. Their coffee machine has been down for 2 days. I'll never spend money at this location again.

PLEASE give this place another try!
They turned it around! Been going here for months because i love tim hortons even though the service was only decent. But today blew me away, (the last few visits have, I’m guessing either new manager or staff??) I placed an online order. It was ready and hot when I pulled up for pickup. The new sandwich was perfect and everything was made great! Got my 20 pack of assorted timbits! But my coffee drink couldn’t be made because something was wrong with their espresso machine for the time i pulled up. They seemed to understand it was there error because they offered to make me ANY other drink. They even stayed at the window and extra minute to get my extra diva order😆😂 I asked about whip creams and flavors and cold foams and everything and she just handled it with a smile! I left MORE than happy with a LARGE DELICIOUS coffee drink with everything i ordered and more!
So please, if you have had a rough experience here, give it another shot!

Treated horribly and drinks slammed on the counter
The place is dead 2 boys working, I order a turkey bacon cheese sandwich the boy doesn't get it right, keeps saying BLT I correct him, get my sandwich it's NOT a turkey bacon cheese, barely has 3 pieces of bacon on it slathered with mayo, at least they got my mtcha correct but every time I stop there I have issues be sure to check your orders

Bad from the start, I asked for grilled breakfast wrap and they said hold up we might not have sausage(you sell 2 meats bacon and sausage really?) but oh well that’s not a big deal they did have the sausage. Then I got a hash brown as well, get up there and pay and they ask me to pull to the other side to wait on my order. Let me remind you this place is a ghost town. So I’m like sure buddy although it makes absolutely no sense. Literally I sat for 2 minutes if that so their was no point of it. Go to eat my food and has brown is soggy and cold absolutely disgusting. Breakfast wrap is also cold. I was literally the only customer and they had one job and managed to royally screw the pooch. Usually it’s pretty good with no complaints that’s why I left one star but from the reviews seems I’m not the only one.

I just went to the local in Sunbury Tim Hortons and requested specific donuts and I was told they didn’t have them. I told the lady not to take it personally and she said well I just did this job supports my family and then she proceeded to tell me to have a better day. All I wanted was regular donuts like they usually have she wasn’t very nice and I can see why they have three star reviews. I hope she has a better day. And honestly how can you feel good about selling diabetes to the the public.
