This Tim Horton’s is really disappointing. We often go inside when the line is wrapped around the store because all we want is a donut and milk for my little one. Every single person is working for the drive through and we wait in the store just as long as it takes the drive through to circulate. It’s like this every single time we go. The service is just so terrible and the food isn’t that great either. Would rather just drive 15 minutes up the road to the Westerville location.

I called ahead to place a larger pickup order that same morning. The associate that took the call was courteous, helpful and friendly. When I arrived my order was ready to go and the associate that checked me out, who was still learning, was kind and courteous as well. The food was great too.

Great place to stop and get breakfast if you want to be stuck in a drive through for forty minutes. The people are always kind though.

I normally never have an issue when I come here because I don’t come here often. But we stopped there this morning and why did I pay 3$ for a half wrap? Lol my husbands sweet tea was unsweet and tastes like it’s sat for days and mold is growing in the tea pitcher. Surprisingly, my ice coffee and cookie was fine.

Just save yourself the disappointment and don’t do it! My large psl with oat milk and an extra shot was $8.43, it doesn’t taste like pumpkin in the teeniest bit, they told me they can’t print receipts?, they texted me a receipt and it says ‘$8.43’ and that’s literally it I’m not kidding and the cup for the large was smaller than other shops medium cups. Almost impressively bad

This might be the absolute worst service of any Tim Horton’s. We placed an online order for pickup. When we arrived (10 minutes after placing the order) the drive thru line was wrapped around the store and not moving and inside the line had customers standing that had been in line over 20 minutes just to order. Only three people were working and they truly did not care. We never got our order and left after waiting for 15 minutes.

Josh is attentive and courteous to me when I am there. I've been a customer at this location for a decade. He is doing a great job! My order most of the time is an iced coffee and he makes them terrific!

I would give zero stars if allowed, this place is a joke. Worse workers of all time , lazy, they just disregard and walk past customers standing at the counter. And wow are they rude. You can definitely tell they are unhappy with their jobs. And the place is filthy. Dont waste your time or money at this place.

Very disappointed in the ice Capps, very frothy and milky, no frozen or coffee taste or consistency. Went to get replacements of the two we bought and it was the same. I was told they recently cleaned the machines which is why is was white and that way. I don’t buy it. I don’t think it’s mixed correctly. I get these all the time. Have had this happen once at another location. I really like these and hate to not use this convenient location or stop purchasing. Hours here are not long either.
