I used the app to order my birthday drink. When I arrived there were only two cars in front of me. When it was my turn I told them I ordered through the app then was told to pull around. At this time there was no one behind me.

I pulled up to the window to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when they finally did they gave me the wrong drink. A second attempt was made about four minutes later. Still the wrong drink. I showed them the app and the person at the window told me he didn’t make the drink and that someone else did. (Ok….) I told them again what the correct drink was. Two other cars pulled up behind me and I now see 3 people inside making other orders when earlier I saw one either sweeping or mopping before they disappeared. When my drink was finally made, it was the wrong size. I gave up. I typically don’t eat here but someone gave me a gift. I won’t be going back. There’s no point.

Horrible place! They never have anything available such as bacon, artisan bread for their lunch sandwiches and most of the time they run out of donuts/Tim it’s very early! They never stock up enough or good!!!

The worst Tim Hortons ever! Hope you have patience. Waited 15 minutes for my food and still were not even close to having it done. Go to McDonald's or Wendy's instead.

They sell super old coffee. The management tells them they aren’t allowed to brew fresh coffee until the old coffee is gone so your black coffee will taste like stale charcoal coffee. There’s no doubt this company will eventually be out of business. Very bad management. Tim Hortons used to be great. Just awful now.

Absolutely the worst timbits I've ever had. I ordered a 20 pack of my favorites and they're inedible. I threw them away, they tasted like chemicals.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was the worst thing I've ever had. I couldn't even eat tired. Tasted like chemicals. Their coffee machine has been down for 2 days. I'll never spend money at this location again.

PLEASE give this place another try!

They turned it around! Been going here for months because i love tim hortons even though the service was only decent. But today blew me away, (the last few visits have, I’m guessing either new manager or staff??) I placed an online order. It was ready and hot when I pulled up for pickup. The new sandwich was perfect and everything was made great! Got my 20 pack of assorted timbits! But my coffee drink couldn’t be made because something was wrong with their espresso machine for the time i pulled up. They seemed to understand it was there error because they offered to make me ANY other drink. They even stayed at the window and extra minute to get my extra diva order😆😂 I asked about whip creams and flavors and cold foams and everything and she just handled it with a smile! I left MORE than happy with a LARGE DELICIOUS coffee drink with everything i ordered and more!

So please, if you have had a rough experience here, give it another shot!
