I called at 10 am this morning for a refund because this store messed up my order and gave me the wrong flatbread. My smoothie wasn’t blended and it was icy. There were chunks of strawberry and ice throughout the whole smoothie and wouldn’t go through the straw. I asked for a manager and he paused and he said “yeah” in a very rude tone. Then he proceeded to wait and said it’s me. It was very disrespectful and I felt very unappreciated as a customer. This isn’t the first time the management here have been rude and short with me.

I wanted something quick, healthy and low calorie for breakfast. A Mango Magic Smoothie was just perfect. The nutrition information says it comes in at 390 calories. It's made with mango, pineapple and non-fat yogurt. Filling and delicious!

I ordered a berry smoothie here and it was delicious! The person who took my order was very kind and my smoothie was made quickly. It was a pleasant atmosphere so I even decided to sit down and comfortably and happily enjoyed my drink.

My husband and I absolutely love this location, specifically! It’s one of the best things we have in Sunbury, which is saying a lot after 30 years of living here. The other locations in the Columbus area truly do not compare. The staff is always so friendly, the restaurant is very clean, the food is great and the service is fast. We continue to be taken care of and have the same consistent pleasant experience upon every late night inkling which keeps us coming back. Over the summer we randomly met the owners after about a year of patronizing and they were so kind and hospitable, which has been a direct reflection in the operation of this restaurant since it opened. We highly recommend to visit the Sunbury Tropical Smoothie Cafe if you’re coming to the area!

Googles directions to this location lead me to the middle of a condo complex, completely inaccurate.
Just visited this store and was immediately great by smiling employees . Placed our order , it was made super fast. Store was clean and inviting , the 2 girls working were super kind and very nice.
Dietary restrictions: We are dairy free and have never had an issue ; they wash everything inbetween orders.

I finally had a moment to stop in and had been looking forward to trying something from their menu for months now. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and tidy. My only disappointment was with what I chose. A yoghurt fruit bowl. First of all, I was disappointed that a smoothie place wouldn't have non dairy yoghurt as an offering. But worse yet was the price. $9.10 for a tiny bowl of a wee bit of yoghurt, berries and granola. Oh my word. What a shame.
