We love this location! We went in for a late dinner last night and weren't sure what to expect since when we go it is usually for lunch. Denise was our server and wow! She provides some truly wonderful and personable service. They were busy and she was careful to keep our drinks filled and updated us on the status of our order. Anytime we go for lunch the servers working those shifts are great too. Food was delicious as well!

Sweetest Angel ever served us I just wish I got her name. It was around 5AM before work, we got to play music and order so much food and it all still got there so quick. It was delicious! Forever favorite and stable!
Our server, Miss Denise, made the visit so much more enjoyable than normal. She sets the standard for what a server should be.

I will never go back to this one as long as they retain the cook that was in a screaming argument with the manager, while I was eating breakfast. It went on for about 5 minutes, no one tried to stop him including the manager. A letter to Corporate went unanswered (as expected). I don't need to have this kind of stress during my breakfast. According to several "frequent flyers" this particular employee has done this before, even getting into screaming matches with customers. Why is he still employed? No matter. I'm done there.

Twas a pleasant experience. The gal making our waffles didn't know how to make them and burnt them really bad but she re-made them so everyone was happy.

Not sure how any company would allow an employee talk rudely to a customer. Also not sure how any company could give out preferential treatment to customers based on type of vehicle driven or gas pump that you use. Seems slightly discriminatory and does not make a bot of sense.

Waffle House food is always fast and good. Stopped at this location for lunch, got a coffee and water and than waited until I finally ask the waitress if she forgot about me? Now, she got my coffee and water but afterwards proceeded to tell me I wasn’t her customer. Being totally confused I apologized and waited. Plenty of staff? 11am lunch on a Thursday? Staff seemed on edge and I caught a wild card I guess? Will probably pass this location by the next time!
