Absolutely the worst Wendy’s nation wide. I laid down my cold fries and rock hard burger bun. To leave this review. Everything tastes awful. Do better or close the doors. No one wants to pay hard earned money for your old and cold food.

No cup holder for take out drinks no lettuce was put on our burgers, food was cold and they were busy!! How? No thanks.. Management should be aware of theses issues! Training needed to get better customer service and food quality.. Men's restroom was slippery with water everywhere,not safe at all..

It's a Wendy's. But service was top notch. Only drawback --drinks self serve with only one machine. It offers all kinds of options, but everybody is waiting for one machine

The orders are always screwed up, and the food is not good. This Wendy’s, and the one in downtown Delaware has the worst service of any Wendy’s around. You could go to the worst part of Columbus and get better food at any Wendy’s there versus this one. If you’re traveling up 71, and you’re looking for food, I would keep going to a different exit if you’re wanting Wendy’s.

The fries were cold. We sent them back for hot fries. The next ones we got were hot and fresh. My junior bacon cheeseburger had clearly been sitting around for a while. It was cold and had way too much mayonnaise on it. I couldn't eat it. I'm not sure what was going on that day but it wasn't great

Was able to place my order with ease on the app. Drive thru moved very quickly, attendant was friendly, the whole experience was efficient and great. But when I opened my food, I was super happy. Specifications were correct, food looked like the advertisement, hot was hot and cold was cold. Called the restaurant to compliment and was told Cassidy prepared our food. Go Cassidy!
