If Dave Thomas was still alive he would loose his mind. Wendy's used to be one of the best most consistent fast food providers. It's evident the new owners have only one thing they care about, money. The restaurant was dirty. The fountain Coke machine in the lobby was out of Coke! Hamburger was warm not hot and cheese wasn't even melted, would never happen when Dave was there! Sad to see such a fall in quality.

This is second time I've done a mobile order and the food was incorrect. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and this makes the second time in two months I've gotten spicy chicken sandwich and I cannot eat spicy things because of my colon!. Will not return .

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s nation wide. I laid down my cold fries and rock hard burger bun. To leave this review. Everything tastes awful. Do better or close the doors. No one wants to pay hard earned money for your old and cold food.

No cup holder for take out drinks no lettuce was put on our burgers, food was cold and they were busy!! How? No thanks.. Management should be aware of theses issues! Training needed to get better customer service and food quality.. Men's restroom was slippery with water everywhere,not safe at all..
We went through drive through and needed sauce for or nuggets. No sauce no straws to drink our drink. Very upsetting

The orders are always screwed up, and the food is not good. This Wendy’s, and the one in downtown Delaware has the worst service of any Wendy’s around. You could go to the worst part of Columbus and get better food at any Wendy’s there versus this one. If you’re traveling up 71, and you’re looking for food, I would keep going to a different exit if you’re wanting Wendy’s.
