Waited 15 minutes in drive thru with 1 car ahead of us. No one had taken his order so we drove off. There were not many cars in the parking lot. 1.5 hours is the closest White Castle for us and my husband loves White Castle so it was disappointing.

Is there really any better Mid Western Staple than White Castle?? Serving up those sliders-Is that a suitcase or a crave case? Either way their filled with the taste of money and a lil bit of kick! Don't forget the friendly staff and quick service! So if you're hungry -game day or not-go Storm that Castle bc it's Slider Time!!

My experience with manager William was great! He was very speedy and sweet too, my cheeseburgers did resemble deer treats though. But still tasted yum I’d recommend getting the castle when manager William is working

Have tried a few times recently (within the last 3-4 months or so). Service is horrible. Today was our last try. Did an online pickup order, food was supposed to be ready between 5:05 and 5:25. a pretty big window so we went went to pickup closer to 5:25. Food was not ready until 5:45. Just several awful experiences here the last few tries. Don't bother
Very slow service. Food was kinda mushy. Asked for jalapenos and they said that they had jalapenos but when my order arrived it didn't have jalapenos on the burger. There were too many customers in line to ask for refund or ask them to correct the order.

Gave me a throw away order the lady in front of me rejected. KETCHUP and pickles. I watched her reject them. I ordered 20 white castles with cheese. They gave me her trash. I spent over $30 tonight. Just to go to trash.

Great food and it was hot, fresh, and delicious 😋! I bought my sister some sliders. She stays in Akron, Ohio and they shut all the white castles down. So I bring her food from Columbus, Ohio.

The inside was very dirty. Tables was not clean. Restrooms was dirty no toliet paper. I will say this the cooking area was clean! The people that worked there was very friendly and polite! We did take our food to go.
