this location has the sweetest baristas on staff! although they may be flooded with business at times, yet I always have a positive experience. patience is required some days, but Biggby West will remain the best coffee shop in town. keep doing great work ☺️

I swear every time I come here the staff move slower and slower!!!! This morning December 17 at 9:15am, To sit in a drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me for almost 30 minutes is absolutely uncalled for!! And it’s not a staffing issue, I frequent this location as in (2-3x a week!!) because Starbucks is too far of a drive. Any time I go, there’s always 5+ people working but you’d think theres only 2 because of how slow the service is!! This past Wednesday I took my son for the BOGO and we went inside and there was 6 people working!!! And I stood at the counter WAITING to order for 5 minutes while everyone just looked at us and didn’t take our order! FINALLY someone took our order and then we continued to stand there and wait and I watched them, work VERY slowly because they were too busy socializing and cracking jokes and laughing!! I get you need to have fun at work but there is time for that! Not when you’re super busy, also at this time they had a line of cars and 2 other customers behind me. So ridiculous. I think I’ll just start going the extra 10 minutes to Starbucks. This is a business, act like you work here! Also to add, I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee with sweet cream foam and caramel drizzle and this is the “caramel drizzle” I PAID FOR!!! What a joke.

Waited 30 minutes for wrong drink. What a waste of my free drink,! Husband drink was wrong too he ordered whip cream also after waiting for 30 minutes Noone said sorry for wait or anything close to it

I always get their bragels. havarti cheese and turkey or ham is very tasty. like it that it is toasted. I usual lu y have their mint tea

Only get to go here once a year so this time I had 3 coffees from here and each one was so delicious. I have to say this place is better than Starbucks in my opinion.
