I was going to the drive thru, already having a bad day. I ordered a medium sprite, double cheeseburger and medium fries, simple order. When I got to the first window, I was handled by a young man named Marcus, he gave me water and when I told him that I ordered a sprite he claimed I was lying and refused to give me my sprite. It was completely unacceptable and unethical.

Manager is hella rude. Don’t greet will just sit at the register until the customer say something. Won’t say may I take your order or anything. I’m a white woman and she only did this to the black customers. It hurt my heart to witness this. I will be taking this further I have it on video. Black People BE AWARE OF THIS BURGER KING.

2.5 French toast sticks i guess. No syrup and not the first time. Savanna, the alleged manager, had NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE & EXCUSES, instead of just saying oh I'm sorry, we'll replace it. Instead I had to hear about how she was the only manager, she's training people, blah blah blah. Sandwich not even hot, bread is hard, cheese not melted. They can keep their crap food and savanna can keep her crap attitude.

It's Burger King! The Double whopper with cheese was exactly what I wanted the person taking my order was polite and Friendly as well as the young lady that gave me my order, you couldn't ask for anything more!
Hardly a "big" fish s sandwich. Paid 11.19 for that, stale fries and flat pop.

Thought this was fast food. This place is the absolute slowest place i have ever been too. Waited at the counter for 5 plus minutes before order was taken. Then asked for ketchup and they said it was in a container near the register which is fine, but there was only two packets left in it. Asked for more and they were pissed they had to fill it. People working here are clueless. Hopefully they never get a real labor intensive job. Getting paid more money then ever before in history of fast food and still can't get it done. This job requires no skills what so ever except get up and go to work daily.
