Shrink-flation is real at this place. I've been here 3 times, and each time I visited this place to eat, the portion sizes of the food get smaller each time and get more expensive. I'll admit, I absolutely love the food here. It's simple and delicious. But dang, my money is going to waste when I come here.
For example, today, I purchased a wrap, a cookie, and a "tall" smoothie. The total came to about $25, and I always like to tip the workers, so add another couple of bucks to that. For all of that, was it really worth $30? Absolutely not. Sure, I should've looked at the prices more carefully, but I wanted to treat myself. Yeah, that was a mistake on my part.
I'm very disappointed and can no longer return to this café because it's getting too expensive. Please do better, Chandler Café.

I've been coming here for years and have always loved it. The food is pricey but always delicious. Whenever you use a card going thru the drive thru they turn the tablet towards you and ask for a tip (which i dont mind girl get your money but I know for a fact that they get paid a good wage. I'm not going to tip you for doing the job you're being paid a decent wage for already). I always politely decline and used to have no problems at all but the last three times I've said no the service declines drastically. The food here is not cheap. I'm talking two people get a drink and a meal and boom you've spent $40. I never minded before because as I've said the food and service used to bd well worth it. But now I need to factor in a tip to ensure that my food and drinks get made correctly and that the person working isn't throwing negative energy my way? Please, I beg, fix the tipping culture ? I used to be a waitress and this is getting ridiculous

I went in here ordering a sandwich with a few things off of it. The manager (I think) with dark brown hair working this morning at 8:30 was extremely rude. She had made my order wrong so I came back to have it made again and I offered for them to take the first sandwich back. She tried to act like I was just trying to get another free sandwich when she had made it wrong and argued with me at the window. Worst customer service ever when they were in the wrong. She did end up taking the first sandwich back and realized she was the one who messed up and was still so rude after that. Very disappointing.

I love Chandler Cafe. Its pricy but so worth it. Having said that, I recently went thru drive thru on a Thursday right before noon and ordered a frozen carmel macchiato. With Skim milk. Nothing was said they made it and it was the best drink I've ever had. Today (Saturday) I went through drive thru and ordered the same exact drink, and they proceeded to tell me they don't have that drink. Just a frozen mocha with carmel on it. I was puzzled and questioned it. She asked coworker and assured me they probably just did a mocha frappe with carmel. Well I have my drink, it does not taste in the least bit like Thursdays. A little disappointed...

I ordered the roast beef sandwich and when the girl brought it over and my wife asked is that the roast beef she said yes and it was handed to me, I took a bite and realized it was the turkey Rubin and just decided to eat it and then realized it only had 2 slices of meat , very disappointed for a $12.75 sandwich could’ve gotten a better sandwich at Subway and for that price it should come with chips and a drink, at best $4.00 sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, sorry very disappointed

Chandler cafe is the BEST!! Delicious food with great selection and amazing service from people that care! I picked up a mobile order an hour after it was ready.. and without asking, they remade the sandwich for me!! SO thoughtful & kind! LOVE CHANDLER CAFE!!!
