I haven't left a 5 star review in a minute, and this makes me so happy! We rarely go out for a "nice family dinner" anymore. Typically we leave feeling underwhelmed and honestly a little ripped off. This time around the food was excellent! We came to the table with six of us. Every single plate was flawless. No one complained. No one's food was cold. Everyone's food came out at the same time. The pasta, perfection. The steak my friend ordered was cooked exactly as he requested and beautifully plated. The two fish dishes, superb. I had some of the best ravioli I've ever gotten. My husband had a shrimp pasta dish that was light and perfectly seasoned. I looked at it and expected it to be a little dry and flavorless. Those looks were deceiving because it was delicious. The service was, fantastic. We never had an empty glass. They were very attentive. The manager came to the table to check in on us as well. They have a full bar with a great wine selection. I didn't personally love the bread service, but that's only because I prefer, my olive oil to have some seasoning. I will say the olive oil for dipping was good quality- I just prefer mine with some flavor infusion or herbs. This was my first time here. When I lived in Sylvania, I drove by at least a half dozen times a week and never went in. My husband is not a big fan of Italian food (crazy I know) but this wasn't your run of the mill basic Italian food. The restaurant was very clean. The tables were nicely set. I loved the wine bottle chandeliers. This would be an excellent spot for a date night or business dinner. It was on the pricier side for our typical family dinners ( $95 for two of us with one drink each and no desserts or appetizers) , but I don't mind paying for good food, good service, generous portions, and an overall great experience

We stopped by for our anniversary dinner. Hands down the best dining experience we've had. Jack was our server and he was wonderful. Every dish was amazing. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. A complete 10/10!

Ciao is one of my favorite restaurants in Metro Toledo. Great food every time. I recommend the lamb chops or Ravioli di Anatra e Funghi with braised duck.

My wife and I decided to get dinner here for our anniversary on a whim after driving by it daily, and it wad a great decision. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service were phenomenal and we can't remember the last time we came away this satisfied with a dining experience.

This food is terrible. I don't know why anybody goes here. Or how it has stayed in business for as long as it has. Maybe it's just my tastebuds because other people seem to love it. There's always a full parking lot. However, I thought it was gross and I wouldn't go back. Since Sylvania seems to love this restaurant, I would say it's worth trying once to make a decision for yourself.

First time eating here. I thought the bread and oil was absolutely delicious. I also thought my meal was very good. The portions were good as well. I was bummed to learn that the Happy Hour pricing was only extended to the bar patrons, which is why I have to remove a star. Would have most likely spent more money taking advantage of happy hour pricing vs what was actually spent being conscious of $15 drink pricing (and $4 for a Diet, wow!) All in all, it was a good time.

Stopped in on Easter Sunday to have some drinks. Had to leave because the bartender felt it was necessary to prop the door open because she was hot. Meanwhile we were all freezing setting at the bar. It is 43 degrees outside.

Overall it was a great experience, my wife and I had never been there. I had the Whitefish with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables with a nice lemon sauce with capers. Good Parmesan crust on the fish which enhanced it. My wife had the pizza with pepperoni and peppers on it. She enjoyed the crust and liked the pizza. Our waitress Hannah was literally the best I've ever experienced, give her props Ciao! Super experience!!
