The food was not bad and the service was okay but the place is so small that it's uncomfortable (at least for me). The other thing is the prices....too high. Give it a try and see what you think.

Food was ok I guess- what diner doesn't have fruit?! Ladies working were nice but took a bit to get my order then I had to go to the front to ask about paying as I had waited so long for my check. Atmosphere is NOT it for me but that may just be a personal thing. Bright as hell, no music or anything. That could be a personal preference, I like little something while at a restaurant.

This was our 1st time visiting Classic Cafe. The food was hot and very yummy. The beef vegetable barley soup was home made and delicious. The staff was friendly and entertaining. They all worked together and helped each other out. The owner said several workers had been there since they opened 31 years ago. One of the owners sang to you when she brought your food to you. We will definitely be back to eat at this little gem.

First time visiting and it was delicious! Chicken fried steak dinner was delicious - peppery gravy, great mashed potatoes, tender beef. My grandma's omelette was overstuffed to the point of spilling out and she loved it and my mom devoured her turkey sandwich and beef vegetable soup. The owner Mary singing made up songs as she delivered the food of was the highlight and the service was fantastic.

First off, their breakfast foods are amazing! It's worth the wait if you have to. Food comes out pretty quickly. The runners are on top of refills and clearing empty dishes off the table. Everyone is very friendly. There is one member of the wait staff that we cringe when we're in their section but overall, we visit the restaurant at least 2-3 times a month. Good job Classic Cafe!!

Always a five star experience. Good home cooked food and plenty of it. Nothing fancy. Just good home cooking. Staff were all very nice and friendly. We typically go during the breakfast hour but we have had lunch there quite often. Worth the visit if you are hungry and want decent food!
