I had liver and onions and it was very good. It was moist and cut with a fork. Service was excellent and the entire place was very clean. The restaurant is small inside and filled up quickly by 5pm. Prices were very good considering the large portions.

Breakfast is always good , lunch also. Yes it is a small place in a strip mall but it has the food of an excellent diner. From classic eggs and corn beef hash to patty melts of days gone by. Enjoy the down home feel of being treated right.

Service was great here. There was one sever kind of loud and singing a lot.. that was a bit annoying.Problem here is the food was plain and had next to no taste. Very very greasy. Also no jam for us veggie people who can't have jelly with our bread. That's not the biggest deal though.Cute family owned dinner I think? I won't be back though just wasn't tasty.

Small place, but they have a delicious American classic menu. My employees always choose this place for their employee lunches, everyone loves the food. And I personally love the service always very accommodating! A big "Thank you" to all the Classic cafe employees, specially Vicky for our delicious employee lunch!

My wife and I have eaten at Classic regularly for some years, so it is high time that I write a review for these wonderful people - and they really are. The place is as advertised, home cooking in a family atmosphere, not a contrived atmosphere - you really feel like you are at home. The wait staff are friendly, down to earth, and really enjoy interacting with the customers and each other. Mary is hilarious, dishing out deadpan humor as well as hearty down home cooking. The food isn't fancy: meatloaf, hamburgers, steak, roast turkey, and the standard mix of sandwiches and salads. My favorite has become the roast beef dinner. It's fork-tender, lean, and served with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable. The only thing that I cannot rave about is the chili. It's good, but not as spicy as I would like. It's definitely appealing to the senior crowd (including yours truly) , but you do see the occasional 50 year old, and perhaps a few grandkids. Whatever your age, if you like really good simple food served by really nice people, this is the place for you.
