My wife and I went to Damascene Grill for the first time last Saturday. We ordered the antakki combo and shrimp palmera. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was absolutely fantastic. This was arguably the BEST Mediterranean food we've ever eaten. It was all so incredibly flavorful. The portion sizes were excellent relative to the cost, and price was very reasonable. Delicious middle eastern food! Chicken shawarma is so flavorful, everything is fresh and perfectly seasone, and the waitress was very attentive and helpful. It's quiet and nice inside. This is one of my new favorite places.

Went here as the reviews were all quite stellar. The food was subpar at best, and the atmosphere is horrible. The service was questionable as well. Why? Let me fill you in...We were seated immediately as there were only about 6 other people in the restaurant total. The tables were covered in paper, not tablecloths, and I fully expected someone to hand me some crayons to color with.
