Cool place to try new games before you buy them.

Would not recommend I requested extra non dairy milk for my coffee because the espresso was too bitter in my opinion latte was already 7 dollars which is more than any where else in town charges anywhere else I go will happily give me extra milk without wanting to charge me extra money. Employee decided to go tell the manager about my issue and instead of the manager giving me extra milk as requested he insisted on remaking the drink for me told me the espresso shouldn’t be bitter just because it’s local and said it could have been bitter due to me ordering it with half oat milk half almond milk never heard such a thing absolutely rediculous. I also told manager the drink wasn’t very hot and he said I should have ordered it extra hot when it’s not my job to order extra hot because his employee decided to steam my milk warm. He remade it is tasted even more bitter than the previous employee who made it and I got it with just almond milk and the almond milk tasted disgusting it was store brand rather than name brand as well. I was able to get a refund but would not recommend due to how I was treated by both the person who initally made my coffee and then the manager. Horrible customer service and treatment definitely will not be back…. Not worth 6 dollars for a large latte plus the 1 dollar extra they charge for non dairy milk. Would recommend seeking out other coffee shops with nicer staff and management thank you!

Service from staff is spotty..most are really nice..some seem like they hate working there.

We have been doing coffee quest and it’s been a wonderful experience. Until we got to Dragonroost. It was 12:09 and they were late opening which would be fine except the guy comes over to the door like we’re inconveniencing him and he unlocks the door and walks away, doesn’t even open the door for us, then when we walked up to order and asked to scan the QR he very rudely said he’d get us the code after we ordered. They may be a fun hangout for their demographic but the customer service needs an overhaul.
I won’t be back .

Unique shop with lots of coffee selections. I have enjoyed a good number of their coffee options.

Just found this place as I was getting into some table-top gaming. Very nice place, large, bright, clean - much larger and nicer than I had expected from the exterior. Seems very welcoming and safe with a big game table area. Nice selection of games and supplies. I came for Warhammer Miniatures and Army Painter Speedpaints and found exactly what I was looking for! I was there in mid-afternoon on a weekday so there wasn't much going on, but the owner was very helpful and friendly. Coffee, food, cookies, etc. was a very nice touch. Definitely will be my go-to place for models and supplies in the future.

I have been visiting this store since they practically opened.And I just absolutely adore their service.Their location they're set up their drinks and even the owners are amazing. The community.
They have fostered is super welcoming and a safe space for anyone looking to enjoy table top games.Role playing games or even just do some hobby crafting and painting. I hope to continue to support them for many many years to come.

Great coffee!!

Went here for Coffee Quest 419 and definitely will be back! Awesome use of space, incredibly tasty coffee, and snacks. Got my husband a Wisdom potion and he loved it. The youngest niece got a Porg (hot chocolate), and the oldest got a Chewbacca (there was chocolate and marshmallow involved). I got an iced white chocolate mocha with a raspberry drizzle (I can't remember the name). They have a place for doing your hobby stuff, lots of tables, and an overall comfortable feel. Glad we went!

How have I never been here before! This place was amazing. I ordered the Winterfell latte, and it was absolutely delicious. I've made it several times at home since. When I'm in the area I absolutely plan to stop in. And we've talked to the kids and will likely attend an open table night at some point in the near future to better see their gaming crowd.

It was fun to look at the modeling kits.
