Every.single.time I come here there is an Indian man who does not understand me and I do not understand him. He constantly gets my order wrong and can never answer questions correctly. He probably is a very nice man and probably a hard worker but it would be extremely helpful if they keep him off the intercom and allow others to take orders. I didn’t go to the location for a long time almost a year because of how frustrating it is. But it is the closest coffee place to my house and I happen to like Dunkin. I guess the solution for me is placing a mobile order which can be difficult to stop and do as my mornings are super busy.

The team that runs this Dunkin’ Donuts is the best I’ve ever seen! They’re always super quick, polite, and they’ll fix any issue you may have without delay. Great team, clean restaurant and one of the fastest drive throughs I’ve ever been in.

I used to come here regularly a few years ago and I loved the employees. They made the best drinks. Can’t say the same the past few times I went this year. Idk who’s making drinks during the weekdays but they need to be put on a different position. Haven’t had a good coffee here since 2021.

Ordered myself an ice coffee and donut, my daughter a refresher and donut. My coffee was much stronger like they didn't put in everything I had asked. I normally ask for a remake however I didn't have time. About 20 mins after drinking the coffee I felt very sick. I was sick all night and pretty sure it was food poisoning.

It's an amazing place! I went there in the morning, and the service was really fast. The crew members are always friendly, and my food and drinks are consistently great every time.

The donuts are amazing in the coffee smells great I don't drink coffee but Mandy and lady at the front counter on the inside tends to mess up the money back aspect because my order was 375 and she gave me back what was it 47 cents out of a five dollar bill kind of weird but I didn't say anything and just dropped the change in the tip jar I bet you anything that her drawer is off like crazy but I do love their donuts
