Had to give this shop a 1 because of messed up order. Ordered dinner for me and my girlfriend, both burritos were wrong. Hers didnt have her beans or sour cream or southwest ranch but did have my cilantro and chalula on hers. Mine had her ranch making it inedible for me. Enjoyed this place but it’s back to chipotle for me!

Shout out to Hot Head burritos I’m here visting from Minnesota and they better than chipotle and qdoba. They are not stingy with the portions I couldn’t even finish my burrito, I had to save some for later and they got good customer service.

Was immediately greeted at the door! They were very nice and fast! This location is the best around in Toledo area. They literally hook you up!! My fiance got a burrito the size of my head. It was so packed, the lady had to double wrap it!! My bowl alone will be enough to feed 3 meals!
This place is awesome. I highly recommend the build your own burrito style. I walked out of there today with a burrito almost as big as my head and she didn't tear it when she wrapped it. I was impressed

So we place a huge order for pick up for our GM meeting. At least 5 of the entrees had sour cream which was sour and chunky like Cottage cheese. When we contacted the store the lady said she would refund everything with sour cream on it. Not even 10 minutes later they call us and say they will not refund us the orders that were bad because they did not believe the sour cream was bad!!! I would highly suggest not ordering. The pic attached shows how the extra sour cream was pulled off. This is disgusting. Don't waste your time or money.
