The food was great. Delivery was not freaky fast in the slightest. I mean we are talking freaky slow. Over a hour to get an order.

2nd time ordered from here asked for my sub to be cut in half (8 inch) and for napkins with my order. 1st time I ignored it said it was a bunch of little kids behind the counter. Now it’s the 2nd time…ya won’t be ordering from this location anymore. No knife to cut or napkins at the park.

Do not recommend this store at all. Nasty food, rude workers- A WORKER TRIED TO HIT MY BROTHER ON HIS BIKE IN THE PARKING LOT. If you have a license you should know how to drive. Come across to Little Caesar’s for better food and service.

About 3 weeks ago my co workers and I order jimmy john . We work the night shift is was the beginning of the night around 8 pm .I put our order on my app .
We decided to have it delivered thinking JJ had there own delivery guy .
No JJ didn't not tjj had uber eats deliver our food . We'll our food never got delivered the Uber Eats guy took our food I'm out of 48.00 .
The next day I called JJ told the lady on the phone what happen and she told me I had to take it up with Uber Eats. I told her I didn't choose them your store did . She said I still had to take it up with them I told her I'm calling there corpret office she told me go ahead .hmm ok .
Then 2 min later I called there corpret office and I spoke to Ryan and he sent a email out to the franchise .
Two weeks later I still don't have my money or haven't herd anything from anyone. I hope the Uber Eats guy enjoyed our food .need less to say I work at a big company that would order from them alot but not anymore . Losing 48.00 is alot in this day . So disappointed.

Great sandwiches, loved my visit this time because they prioritized my singleton order over a group ahead of me. Really appreciated it as I was traveling. Hard to locate in that strip mall.

Food is typical quality. Issue is they don’t go by the freaky fast slogan whatsoever. I ordered delivery around 11am, and despite living less than a mile away - it took over 1.5 hours to arrive. I’ll just drive there myself, and if I’m driving - might as well go to Barry’s Bagels instead

Do not order from this restaurant on the weekend. Delivery times are above an hour if they even ever deliver your order. My most recent order I checked in at 1 hour and was promised that my order was on the way. At hour two I was told the order was still on the way which was obviously a lie. I ultimately had to cancel my order because the delivery never arrived.

Okay, so I've been hesitant to make this post. I am a regular lunch customer, minimum once per week, sometimes twice.I've noticed significant decline in performance. Not in the food, the food is still great, which is why I continue to order. However, the delivery service is getting really bad. I'll list my complaints:Delivery times... no longer freaky fast... minimum 30 min or longerCancelled orders... they call me back and tell me my deliver time has been updated to 2 hrs... do I still want to my order? They push me to cancel, ever after I placed order. 2 hrs, really? And this has happened more than just a couple of times.Forgetting items. They often forget to cut the sammy in half, always forget the napkins... annoying, but whatever. However, they often are forgetting my food. I'll order a few extra bags of chips to pack for work lunches through week... and they often forget them, and I paid for them. I call back, and they put a credit on my phone number... but when I go to restaurant to collect... they can't find it. They gave me a free sandwich... but I had A LOT of credits on my account from weeks of forgotten food.In general, with the prices as high as they are... and with the delivery fee now over $4!! It shouldn't be to much to expect better performance and results. Maybe, slow down a bit and make sure the orders are packaged properly before leaving, IDK?I still come back, but I really hope the performance improves soon.

I've withheld leaving a bad review multiple times but this is becoming an every-time occurrence. Don't order delivery from this location unless you're fine with waiting an hour to 1hr 1/2 for your food
Highly recommend #12 with wheat bread turkey yummy. We are not a fan of the sub buns but love the wheat.

This location has terrible delivery times. I have been waiting for over 45 minutes after my order so far with still no delivery of food. The driver left over 30 minutes ago and I was supposed to be one of the first deliveries.

Go anywhere else but this place. Horrible customer service, driver and "manager" were extremely rude and won't fix their mistakes and for $20 per person you can get a much better meal elsewhere. Will never return
