Pizza wasn't even put in oven after a whole 25 minutes of order being placed. The pizza I received was still raw, floppy, and uncut. Just overall a poor experience.

Under cooked pizza with holes in dough. People working in pajamas worried more about their cell phones then working, nobody wearing hair nets. Cheesy bread was good.

I worked here for 4 years in highschool while destine was the gm and it was never like this. A bunch of highschooler working here hanging out with friends not in uniforms behind counters taking 25-30 minutes for a “ hot n ready “ there seemed to be a manager on shift wearing a different style shirt just making the orders, I don’t know why he didn’t say something, we got a deep dish all meat, stuff crust pepperoni and bread.. neither of the pizzas were cooked all the way. And topping a were sloppy, if waiting 25+ minutes in it, seems kinda hard to not make sure it’s cooked all the way ?
I called my order in, I live right down the street. They gave me a hot n ready that had been sitting there instead of making it fresh when I called to order. Update, I've been calling them and they haven't answered. 4 calls so far. I will be contacting corporate. Horrible customer service.
