I received a Little Caesar’s gift card for Christmas. There was no amount on it, so living close by, I stopped by the store at 3636 Monroe Street, Sylvania, OH to see if they could tell me. I’d already called the 800 number on the card to find out for myself, but their system could not identify the card or determine its value. So, I stopped by the store at 12:05 PM, Friday the 27th of December. Two employees behind the counter-1 female, 1 male. The male came out to the counter with an upset look and asked what I needed. When I told him he said “I ain’t got no time for this. Look it up yourself”. Is this the kind of employee Little Caesar’s regularly hires? I immediate threw the gift card in the trash. Won’t need it, as I won’t be going back there.

The pizza is mediocre but it is cheap when you have a lot of people it works. At this one they're always slow is all hell, and they have the smallest little area to wait on your pizza.

When I went to pick up my order they were too busy screaming profanities and bullying jimmy John’s employees next door. I was too scared to enter the building because they were THROWING pizza boxes at employees exiting JJ’s. I expected better from payed employees on shift at little ceasers, seriously do better, no one should be scared to enter a pizza place.

Employees who work over the weekend are extremely rude. Horrible food and even worse service. Employees were out yesterday 9/29 harassing other people in the parking lot and screaming profanities. Please get control of your employees and reevaluate the morals you’re training them because what I’ve witnessed the past weekend was not a good look for your store.
Had a take out order, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes after that and still waited for 15 minutes because it wasn’t ready. Worker making the food wasn’t wearing gloves, dropped a chicken wing and picked it up with his bare hands and put it in the container like nothing happened. Was very busy inside and heard the same worker say “everyone is staring at me, if I wanted to put my balls on your food I would go into the bathroom” fire everyone and start again. Worst experience from a takeout for pizza I’ve ever had!

I have no idea what kind of crust they are using. My first pizza was raw and not cut the second hard as a brick. The crust was like nothing I have ever seen. And it was a hot and ready. I have no idea what they are cooking there but it's definitely not the original crust. And no one seemed to think anything was wrong.

I sent my 9 year old in to get a large pepperoni pizza and 2 Buffalo ranches. I sent him in with a 20$ bill. The little high school girl working behind the counter told him it was 12$... so after ripping of my 9 year old son, I went back in to get the rest of my change and they gave me the hardest time and were unable to find the order which tells me they were going to probably mark the pizza as a throw away and keep the money. Which would have worked if they wouldn't have tried to charge him double... they gave me 4$, (which still wasn't enough) and refused to give me a receipt because obviously she never put it in the register. Be ware 9f the high-school kids trying to rip people off. What a joke.
