Very rude customer service! When I stated they are being rude, inappropriate, and sarcastic when I was trying to state what was wrong with my order, the employee screamed “Get out of my drive through. Don’t come back!”
On 8/22/23 around 7:40 am I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel at the McDs location in Sylvania near 23N. The bagel was BURNED! Absolutely charred!! I was in between appointments at Flower hospital and didn’t look at the sandwich until I got back to the hospital. I realize it’s a crazy busy time of day, but there wasn’t that much of a line when I went through the drive thru. Someone obviously doesn’t care about their job. Who thinks this is acceptable?
