I went thru the drive thru at 730PM on august 4th 2025. NO ONE was coming thru the drive thru to let anyone know what was going on. We sat there for 15 minutes there and 10 cars left, I decide to go up to the drive thru when I sat there for 5 minutes to try to order. No one was in the drive thru money window, and when someone FINALLY comes to the window where the guy in front of me pays his money, and the girlS look right at me, a girl with a head covering, and then walks away, I drive up to the food window and that girl proceeds to tell me it's shift change so they can't take the orders. I worked at THAT mcdonalds before and NEVER had we had those problems! Then I asked her if she could take my order, one carnel frappe, and she said it would be faster to go in and order. I had to go pick up my daughter from work, so i had to go, if the guy who picked up the phone after calling 20 times in a row, didn't pick up, i would hae have NEVR gone back here, i am still upset the way they gave no communication to their customers!

Workers don’t seem to care at all. Ignored by multiple employees. Ordered a large fry and there was barely enough to cover the bottom. I bring it to their attention and they act like I’m the problem. Go to a different location. The person who franchises this ones doesn’t care anymore.

10min wait.. indoors... while watching 3 employees, just pretty much not notice.. Had the nerve to ask me to use the kiosk, and yet they took 5min to even find the items. And yet.. still wasn't on the kiosk.. PISS

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost! The food always takes forever (even when they're not busy), it's always cold, and the staff are incompetent!

This place is absolutely horrible I've been to better McDonald's in the hood with three times the business that this place does not to mention after you post reviews and the business sees the review and they don't better their selves from the reviews then I guess it's time to alert everyone you know that this is not the McDonald's you want to go to especially if you want counter service
