When I was in high school I worked for Pizza Hut so I know some of the workarounds that can be done at a pizza place and it happened to me last night when I ordered pizza from this place. My girlfriend and I ordered two medium pizzas that had quite a bit of toppings on them. The pizzas we received were clearly pepperoni pizzas that were pre-cooked that were probably messed up or an order that was canceled. A handful of toppings thrown on that were put a quarter away into the oven. Just enough to worm them up but not enough. Cook them and then delivered. This basically is a pepperoni pizza with a bunch of toppings that essentially fall off right when you pick up the pizza. Not to mention when doing this you're essentially cooking a pizza longer than necessary, thus burning it which was done. I would stay away from this place. There's too many better options in this area for pizza than Pizza Hut.

This place is an absolute joke! They spend more time playing around in the back and screwing around then they do actually working and taking care of customers. I waited for 25 mins after I arrived to pick up an order only to be told it would be another 15 cause they forgot a pizza! Utterly pathetic!

No sauce on my pizza. Disappointed because asked for extra sauce. Even went into store and verified there was extra sauce. I would have gladly bought extra if needed. There was no sauce on my pizza.

I got pizza delivered and placed the order online so I can't speak to the service or autmosphere but the pizza however is abysmal. I got a stuffed crust pepperoni and the pizza was the literal worst pizza I've ever had. Something was wrong with the crust, somehow undercooked and overcooked at the same time. Very hard and chewy, the bottom has this weird sheen to it.
Seriously, how did Pizza Hut get this bad? I remember as a kid it was decent at least.
A friend and I each tried a slice and then I threw the rest in the garbage. The boneless wings were ok but the sauces were strange tasting.

Pizza was straight up black and the dough was hard as a rock. Swear they just dug it out of the trash and put it in the box.

So not sure if others have had any issues with quality of food at Pizza hut on sylvania and king but 1 time the pizza is pretty good then the next terrible.The last order was so poor the majority went in the garbage.No cheese hardly and 1 was ordered with extra cheese not there and a total of 9 bannana peppers on a medium size pizza.Looks like pizza hut has just stopped caring about what used to be a great pizza!

I have been coming to this location since I moved to sylvania and it's always been great but the last 2 times when ordering a pan pizza which you pay extra for i have gotten hand tossed. When I called to let them know that my order was not correct they offered to remake my order which I wasn't driving back and letting my other pizza get cold. You could offer a credit of some sort that's the second pizza that went in the trash.
Definitly great service for the times we have went here! Definitly a friendly environment inside!

Called to use a coupon. Told to order online. Do NOT inconvenience the customer. Called back - The so-called managerās excuse is the button is āblacked outā on the register. So why bother ordering from this place? He CANNOT take an order. Incompetent. There is NO code on this coupon to use online so this manager makes it the customerās problem. I will call corporate.

Highly highly upset I made an order at 10:28 this morning for delivery while Iām here at work until noon, itās now 11:35 I called the store and he explained how heās the only one there, he has no driver until 1 and didnāt call me or anything instead he wanted to explain how I didnāt speak with him(but heās the only on there) when I called and placed the order this morning. I then told him to cancel the order and refund my money because never have I had to wait this damn long for a pizza

Pizza Hut is no longer putting pizza sauce on their pizzas. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and I got none. If you want sauce on your pizza, I would go elsewhere. I will be. I was greatly disappointed in your pizza. I will not be back.

Not sure what is going on with you guys but we used to love it but it has surely gone down we ordered a large 3 topping hardly anything on it and the cutting wow more crust than anything bo customer service feels lime nobody cares
