Pervious maker/manager was better. Current one is Meh. We switched after 18-20 years to another eatery. The quality of food is going down month after month. Yum’s might be “leaving” PH out and alone without any improvements. Will avoid till they improve.

In the high price of dining out, there is still one place that gives you a good value meal. My hand tossed pizza was delicious, and it didn't break the bank. I highly recommend Pizza Hut.

The worst pizza place ever. Placed an order the driver shows up an hour later with the wrong order. Then wouldnt let us keep it. Said they couldn't make a new one. Made it very difficult and ruined our evening’s

Worst pizza experience ever. Pizza hut on Sylvania ave Toledo. 2nights in a row. They misplaced or lost my order. My fault for giving them second chance. Order taker could barely speak english. Delivery driver delivered to wrong address then Pizza hut sez sorry can’t fix it tonight. Worst customer service and total idiots at all level. Stick to local pizza guys. PIZZA HUT SUCKS!!!!!! Bb

Ordered at 230p for 5p delivery. Got a notification driver left the store at 5. We live less than a mile away. At 530p we call, it's still "on the way". 6pm my husband physically goes down there and they have no idea where it is but supposedly remade it, "out for delivery". Just disputed the charge. We're done.Update: order never showed, at all.
