Coffee was good but the car STUNK from fryer and grill meats. The vents from the neighboring grill restaurants blow down into your car while you wait in line. Terrible to have your car smell like a line cook just because you want a specific coffee.Upcharges on plant based milk is very against being a green company and punitive to anyone wanting a plant-based or vegan diet.Vegetarian options: Upcharges on Plant Milks

People were more than helpful, I went to bigby a week before and was not greeted warmly or helped it seemed I was more of an inconvenience than a customer because I didn't know what I wanted. The people here at starbucks were kind and helpful and ill go back just for the service....
