I’m a regular Starbucks customer, I’ve purchased more then 300 Fraps from various locations. I just had the worst experience. They are very rude, and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced this at any other location. I’m very choked how bad of a customer service these two working today had.

I would give zero stars the women working didn't say anything to me while i was ordering just talked to her coworker. Then made both of my drinks wrong and said here. I tried to ask her to remake at least one of my drinks and she ignored me and talked to her friend. Horrible experience and the employees are rude.
