I went here for take-out and got two sandwiches.
Perhaps the poorest attitude of a fast food restaurant employee that I've seen in a VERY LONG TIME.
My initial thoughts were, if you hate your job, quit.
This might be the first time I haven't left a tip for meal. The attitude of this young lady convinced me that no tip was warranted.

I ordered a meatball marinara sub with American cheese and parmesan cheese on the app. Picked up my order and this is what I received. No cheese...hardly any marinara sauce! Pretty much plain meatballs on bread. Unacceptable. I tried emailing customer service about my experience but haven't received a reply. Not happy and doubtful I'll be returning to this location.

I went there today and placed an order for four foot-long subs. When I asked them to use clean knives because I’m allergic to Meat, they continued with swirling the knife in the water box that’s already present in the sub station. The employee there was super rude. Every time I would tell her extra of a topping she would put a little. And to top it all off, they Forgot to put my cookies. I’ve called them multiple times to let them know about the cookies and they would not answer never coming here again.

I come in to this Subway very often, I recently noticed that there are quite a few new hires and the service has become significantly better. I was in quite early this morning and a sweet girl Olivia was working, we chatted and she made me feel so welcomed. She made my flatbreads quickly and efficiently. Love this location and I will definitely continue coming here.

On 9/26/2024 put in an app order for a steak sub not toasted. pick the steak was cold. Asked Ms Lilly and she said there allowed to serve the steak sandwich cold! Never heard of that since I worked at subway for many years. Ms. Lilly slammed the food down, was very argumentative. See she has many other complaints on here.

Worst customer service ever she was mopping the floor and thought she wasn't going to wash her hands I had to say something then they both had a attitude check who was working on. 3/12/24 . Teach them to. Wash. They hand. Retrain them on customer service they were

During my recent visit to Subway, I encountered an exceptionally disappointing interaction with a staff member, a young girl with red hair and glasses, that exemplified poor service. From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful. She displayed a lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Her responses were curt and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, she had put in one headphone right before I came up to the counter. This encounter was a stark reminder of the negative impact that a single staff member's attitude can have on a customer's overall experience and unfortunately, I was the customer. Overall, the other young girl there was extremely helpful and kind, and my food was excellent.

I usually order from the one on Main Street, but lately I’ve had to order from this one because it’s closer to my work. The problem is that they ALWAYS get my order wrong. And tonight was no different. I ordered online and asked for extra veggies (a little less banana peppers) and extra cheese. They did not give me extra anything…not even the cheese I had to pay extra for to get the extra cheese. And when I called…of course they don’t answer. So I’m out of money a sub that I ordered and wasn’t done right.
Good food better when you got a coupon
Decided to stop at subway for lunch , unfortunately I was ignored/not acknowledged by the person working. I stood at the front for a while before leaving due to my break only being 30mins, this was a huge inconvenience.. I was unable to make an order
