I met up with a lunch group at Sylvania Diner at 11:30am, on Wednesday, March 21, 2024. It was my first time eating there.We had called ahead to reserve an area. Unfortunately, when we got there, they still had to bring tables together so we could all sit together. Since they have no separate dining areas, it was hard to hear each other due to the lunch noise.The food was good and our waitress was friendly and efficient.Dietary restrictions: I was limited to what I could order because they did not know what did/did not have gluten in it.The diner did not carry gluten-free toast, wraps, or pita bread even at an up-charge.Our waitress did not know about dietary restrictions and/or the contents of each menu item. Nor did the diner have a menu available that lists nutritional content.

It was my first visit here and I have to say, it was the best omelet I've had since 2010. The service was incredible and the prep/food was amazing. My sever brought me everything I needed for my meal without me even having to ask. Very attentive staff that will make you feel right at home. Very affordable and worth every penny. Be sure to stop by here if you are hungry for breakfast or lunch!

Their menu has to be the most comprehensive menu for a local diner! Loved their signature Sylvania Omelette and their hot chocolate. They have a lot of Mediterranean food as well which my friends enjoyed. The shawarmas and the hummus was outstanding.

Got the breakfast quesadilla and potatoes. I never like restaurant breakfast potatoes and these were amazing! The quesadilla with sausage was outstanding!
Stopped in for breakfast and had eggs benedict that were delicious and cooked just right. My wife had the porkchops and eggs and is truly enjoying them. Great place for breakfast, and I will try lunch next.
